- Join me for a family dinner night cook and clean with me! After a long day at work, I tackle some house cleaning before my family gets home, then whip up a delicious homemade chicken Alfredo. I also try a new recipe for a carnivore flatbread and make a chicken Alfredo carnivore flatbread pizza just for myself. While the pizza didn’t quite hit the spot, I had a wonderful evening with my family. Come along for some cooking inspiration and family time!

I would play around with the recipe you have for the flatbread. Maybe more cottage cheese and only 1 egg or 1whole egg and a yolk.
I got my daughter cast iron cookie sheets, affordable is questionable, but they will last forever and not warp. I plan to get some for myself sometime.
I have USA brand pans. They are great and have lasted for years. They held up better than my William-Sonoma pans. Also, I saw a reel somewhere with a flatbread made from Parmesan cheese and shredded chicken. Haven’t tried it but it looked amazing. Best wishes!

Add some beef gelatin powder to the eggs mixture, also follow Chris’s Nashville Cooking, he has a FABULOUS bread recipe that tastes like homemade bread and is carnivore. I have been carnivore since May 11 and have lost 40 lbs and feel wonderful.
Tangy, I never found a good carnivore bread that is not eggy. So, I gave up and eat things without any bread. I would just make a bow with the chicken Alfredo, maybe some shredded lettuce or basil and called good.
You mentioned on the last video about steak. It's expensive indeed, I learned to make burgers, meat balls just with seasoning, no bread crumbs, and when I feel fancy, I add some cheese inside, flatten a little bit and call it polpeta. You can spon a little bit of home made tomato sauce on top and put on the broiler, it's delicious. You can make a batch and flash freeze or make it all for your family as well.
Yes! Like you, have found that a lot of “substitutions” or keto/carnivore versions aren’t satisfying and I would rather just not have them. But I still like
to give some a try. :)
