You're doing great! I hope it's ok to be honest. I'm older/old school. I don't know anything about macros or keto. I bake up a tray of chicken thighs, seasoned, that I can eat for breakfast or lunch with a small side salad. I also fry up 2 lbs of bacon, available any time I want to eat them, usually breakfast with boiled eggs, or BLT's. Also, Aldi has an awesome sirloin steak that I can cut into 4's for breakfast or lunch with a small side salad. I've lost 14lbs in no time. The small salads are usually lettuce, a couple cherry tomatoes, thin slices of purple onions, a few slices of small or English cucumbers, maybe a boiled egg cut into 4 slices and a drizzle of dressing. The salad doesn't have to have all of that, just an example of additions. I get pretty much all of the food at Aldi. Dinner is whatever I make for the 2 of us. Even Alfredo & garlic bread. I add a hand full of spinach or chopped up broccoli to the sauce with chicken. Breakfast/lunch goes together really quick because I've already prepared it in advance, not the steak though. That has to be fresh/hot. I'm satisfied and not hungry for hours. Meat and eggs are protein and fat. ( for the bacon, I rip off a sheet of parchment paper for the counter, layer some paper towels. When I'm done I just ball it up and throw it out. No mess! 😊❤

Love the Redmonds Relyte electrolytes, I have never tried Saltt or LMNT. They are pricey for the amount of servings however to me. I am about to try one that’s a dupe to the LMNT brand called Venture Pal High Sodium they are like a third of the price of LMNT, I hope I’m not disappointed. Love the chickens nuggets, I made more today, so good. I even tried turning my mixture into patties with the extra mixture I had. The mixture really is so versatile I love making chicken crust pizza with it as well
Edit to my previous post, meat has no carbs, don't think eggs do either. After 3 days of mostly meat, the brain fog lifted and I felt better than ever. Blood sugar levels dropped too. (diabetic)

Hi tangi. Wanted to tell you about this yogurt I have been trying. It’s called Oikos triple zero yogurt. It has 15 grams of protein and 0 Carbs. I am in california and it’s not cheap. At Walmart it costs 4.38 for pack of 4 cups. I have it for breakfast with my coffee. It totally fills me up plus gives me a bunch of protein to start the day. See if you can find it where you live. Comes in flavors too also has 0 fat and 0 added sugar. Good luck 😁
I had to pour out the citrus SATT also. I was horrible tasting. Try Redmond Re-lyte electrolytes. They have great tasting flavors. You can try a sample pack and then get the tubs that have 60 servings.
One thing I learned about Keto since going Carnivore is the Keto of today encourages processed foods that are still full of chemicals, sugars and seed oils which our bodies are not able to process. I learned that just because it is low carb does not mean it is also good food for our bodies. Look into the 30-60-90 Carnivore but I would suggest eliminating all dairy.
right there with you, am now in menopause at 53. Ketovore, ketoish eating has made a huge improvement in my blood sugar, overall emotions, knee/hip pain much reduced. The Lord will guide us when we seek His wisdom since He knows our individual body needs.

If you sweat a lot when you workout, then yes. Anytime fluid leaves your body, it takes electrolytes with it.
