I was there, in 1978, The Phoenix Memorial Coliseum, the first of many, many Rush shows we were to see over the years. Hemispheres changed my young life, the way music often changes people's lives. I remember trying to play this song that good on the drums at the peak of my proficiency in 1980. Niel Peart used to comment how hard it was to play live and he wrote the piece. Hats off to this youngster. Im a new fan/subscriber and will be watching and listening.
There are many accomplished and famous bands that would nt even attempt this cover. I would say it takes balls but, a chic did Alex's part well.....and a kid on the drums???? Really well done. Great to see a younger gen appreciating the complexity of Rush. They are so under appreciated...commercially at least.

That young drummer is the real deal, playing Neil Peart's riffs like a much older stick man.
Thnaks! :)
Amazing the fills and rhythmic changes he nailed.. Definitely has a future
@@russellnotestine6436 Many thanks Russell! :)
I'd say they are all the "Real Deal"...💚🎸
I remember trying to play this song that good on the drums at the peak of my proficiency in 1980. Niel Peart used to comment how hard it was to play live and he wrote the piece. Hats off to this youngster. Im a new fan/subscriber and will be watching and listening.
There are many accomplished and famous bands that would nt even attempt this cover. I would say it takes balls but, a chic did Alex's part well.....and a kid on the drums???? Really well done. Great to see a younger gen appreciating the complexity of Rush. They are so under appreciated...commercially at least.
Many thanks Jake! :)
Well done you guys! One of the better jobs on a Rush tune and as a trio too! Hope I hear some more!💏👍🙌❤😎
Thanks James!
Love those cute crossovers!cheers!
Many thanks!
