I have 2 of the medium fans. I take one to work and love it. I just ordered 2 of the smaller fans on Home Depot. They are finally available to buy and I'm looking forward to them. Keep up the great work on the videos.
I got that small fan and stuck a charcoal filter on it to use it as a fume extractor when i do soldering work. Clamps right to the side of the bench. I gotta tell ya, when you have something simple that's quick to set up, motivation to actually do stuff is less of a problem.
would have loved to see how long they ran on a 4 & 6 amp battery I'm going off grid and starting out in a converted cargo trailer. I have just purchased my first Ryobi products and the small and medium fan have already been purchased. FYI the small went 5.5 hours on the 4amp battery and the medium fan I can't say yet as it hasn't arrived yet. I'm trying to decide if I want to get the Cannon and the larger batteries as well. I also purchased my son a few of his own sets of Ryobi tools and myself a couple saws and the light sets. I'm writing this in 2020 and I'm convinced there will be power outages coming and I'm charging this with my jackery now and am so glad I will be able to circulate some air when there is no air conditioner going!!
I have the medium and large fans and really like them. However, the medium fan really needs a middle setting. I think the large fan is a bit pricey for what it is. If not for that, I'd have two of them.
I recently bought the 4 inch fan. We lost power on a hot KY evening and it kept my wife and I cool "enough" in bed even with the temp at 86 at night! Oh and it was humid!
I have the air Cannon, and found that on the low setting a 4ah battery lasts 8 hours. a rough estimate but it seems to draw 9watts per hour, my 9ah batteries last over 15 hours.
I have the misting fan that HD sold as in white but use the Ryobi batteries system then later they re-released it in the green it works great as a fan and a mister. the air cannon it's awesome I put it on low or medium to conserve battery life when working on a hot summer day, I've never really needed it to be on full on. when I'm camping in a big oval 16 Man tent I sit it on the side on low it's like you're living in a wind tunnel. The little clamp fans work great and the battery lasts a long time. I have 3 and they started making noise and one has stopped. I'm not sure why but it seems like something is rubbing inside instead of a problem with the motor. I need long and thin driver but I didn't have one off hand and forgot about opening it up to fix it until now.
Well, run time matters immensely if using a cordless fan to camp or when the power goes out. Guess I didn't get what I need from it. It was a help on airflow strength though
own 2 mid size not so impressed bought 1 small fan went to 5 🤣 keep 1 at home 4 in truck I can keep 4 fans in the space of 1 medium so there with me all the time the other maybe 1 I run with tons of tools. space is limited I will get more use out of the smaller ones . being with me than lugging my 24 box fans . put 2 side by side and you move some air. I move fast getting jobs done so I fit everything I need I 2 large rolling jump bags on battery tools . Ime not trying to move in to where ime working 🤣 get r done. get paid next job.

I have the two smaller Ryobi fans and plan on purchasing the air cannon soon, hopefully before summer is over. Love the review, keep them coming.

I have the big air cannon fan I gotta tell ya I absolutely love it. Perfect if you don’t have a outlet near you and you need air flow

Great video comparing all three. Are you going to do an updated video with the new medium sized fan?
Both entertaining and educational! Thank You! I am ordering an air cannon NOW!!!

Have you gotten the new medium size fan?

$20? Mine was more than that but it's a good fan
I have the med for years, the bearing is starting to go. May pick up the new med at some point. Also have the misting fan.
Run times?
