Following the terror attack in New York City, some of which took place on a bike path, there are tips to follow should you find yourself in a similar situation. Riding along the path that was the scene of the Halloween Day terror attack, it is easy to see how vulnerable the victims were when a truck drove through the area. FBI officials say the attack followed the instructions put out some time ago by ISIS “to a T.” They say the alleged terrorist took advantage of the openness of the area. #InsideEdition
