I added a couple more minutes to get my steps up to 5000...maybe my pace wasn't quite there on some of the non-walking intervals? Felt good on my osteoporotic back, have to be careful with forward bends, but this was fine because only my arms had to move once in position. 215 calories burned, heart rate not very high, under 112 beats per minute for most of workout (but my resting rate is also very slow.) 62 years old, 135-ish pounds.

I will! I just have many workouts that are already filmed and will be posted first. There's also a music version for the silent ones, it's just more of a beat type music.

Things are bound to repeat when you want to keep it low impact, but I try to keep it fun and throw in a new move every now and then :))
