    NOTE: The only breaks I take during my workouts are between rounds. Feel free to prolong your breaks for up to 1 minute, to increase your burning time. Walk around the house, drink some water... This is a sweaty one! Make sure you maintain a fast walking rythm. Hope you have a good workout and outdo my calorie burn!

    Week 2 day 3 beginner! 👋 since my fitbit is a jerk and wont track steps in place right , i decided to walk arou d the house during those intervals. I got much closer!! 4556 steps! 325 calories burned. Average heart rate 134. 🔥 as always, thank you so much!

    I have been following your exercises for more than a month and I can never get tired of your exercises ... although some of them are repetitive, I enjoy all the exercises that I did!

      Things are bound to repeat when you want to keep it low impact, but I try to keep it fun and throw in a new move every now and then :))

    I added a couple more minutes to get my steps up to 5000...maybe my pace wasn't quite there on some of the non-walking intervals? Felt good on my osteoporotic back, have to be careful with forward bends, but this was fine because only my arms had to move once in position. 215 calories burned, heart rate not very high, under 112 beats per minute for most of workout (but my resting rate is also very slow.) 62 years old, 135-ish pounds.

    Did this one today and it was great.Thanks for posting more!! I also do your walking with weights that are silent. Would you please do another walking with arms weights for 30 mins that has music. I really like the song selections

      I will! I just have many workouts that are already filmed and will be posted first. There's also a music version for the silent ones, it's just more of a beat type music.

      It will significantly increase your calorie burn for the day. That can lead to weight loss if you are not over eating.
