Over 11 years old that’s crazy and people are still watching and we all miss it but still get stuff here and there but always wished there were new seasons
Dead End: Paranormal Park (Based off of a series of graphic novels) is also such a great cartoon to watch if you miss Gravity Falls!! Agh, it's so good. There is plenty of great representation, AND ALEX BRIGHTMAN.
Everything you mentioned as making the new Duck Tales more like Gravity Falls was actually present in the original show in the 80s. They may have fine tuned it a little, but you make it sound like things like the Junior Woodchuck Handbook was a brand new invention.
I had a TON of Gravity Falls stuff such as... -An AWSOME coloring book themed around a color monster that told a story, had cool effects like sparkles and shiny drawings, and a bunch of color facts by Mabel! It was like an episode from the show in a coloring book. -A classic journal 3 -The 2 books featured in this video -A comic book that told the story of the first episode These were really cool and I am so glad I had them
If you ever want to do another video on Gravity Falls denial you still have other content to talk about. It's not canon but fans have made lots of amazing things related to it in the past few years including a fan made episodes, podcasts (one with Alex in it) Art books and zines/magazines! There's also the charity art streams (2016-2018 ish I believe). And amazing youtubers still doing long analysis videos (such as Hana) and such. "Wrapped up properly" is a bit of a stretch when it comes to the Owl House. Disney cutting the show short could have let the final season be paced properly, and would have given us full episodes on all the events depicted in the photos in season 3 episode 1. Also, Dana Terrace hinted that the storyline she wanted to pursue more was about young Eda and Raine, so we could have gotten that too!
So happy someone is talking about Inside Job cause as someone who was a kid when Gravity Falls was airing Inside job really is just a masterpiece they did release the second season but they cancelled it AGAIN which like ended on another cliffhanger and I LOVE this show and honestly I would do anything to get it renewed

Dude, I was laughing at the Don't Hug Me I'm Scared jokes because I've actually watched it before because my bestie is obsessed with it. But that aside, I loved this video! This summer I've already rewatched both Gravity Falls and Amphibia for like, the 5th time! I'm about to watch The Owl House for a 3rd time. I finished Amphibia a couple days ago and was literally crying into a pillow afterwards! That ending gets more sad the more I watch it. I'm with Footofaferret when I say that I like Amphibia more than Gravity Falls and that it's my favorite Disney series to date. I honestly don't see how you could get any better. It's a show full of humor, heartbreak, and a lot of epic moments that really draw you in. It has a lot of different scenery in each season. (There are 3 seasons btw.) It has an amazing story, lovable characters, and a great message about change. I recommend it to any Gravity Falls fan. Even if you aren't an amphibian person, I recommend it. See, I've always loved frogs, so I think that's part of what drew me in, but it's a show anyone can enjoy. If you aren't an amphibian person, you might just be one after you watch Amphibia. It has a cute and interesting perspective on how a frog might see normal, everyday things for a human. It's a show I recommend to anyone. It's even a show I would recommend to a Studio Ghibli fan. I love how this is a video all about Gravity Falls and my comment is just explaining why people should watch Amphibia XD. Thank you for this video Footofaferret. It was an enjoyment. ❤❤❤

I have similar feelings for movies and some series that came out when I was born, amazing when something turns 10 years is considered old, I got into this show around 2015-2016 and I was like 11 or 12.
My birth year was the birth year of gravity falls and I still have brilliant memories of watching it with my family when new episodes came out. (But only after bill cipher came in because I, like many other people, loved him)
While I may not have been around to watch the entire Gravity Falls show when it first started to when it ended, I did recently watch it earlier in the year on Disney+, and I get why people love this show it's so fricking good and also I think you may have missed out on one show that also captures the Gravity Falls feeling, it's also on Netflix but it's a live-action show and I think people know what I'm talking about cause I've watched it recently aswell and I am obsessed with it! (Also, I would love if Alex Hirsch made a Gravity Falls standalone animated series or a movie!)

I’m not sure if they are still selling some of the items but it is definitely worth the check out as they have a heap of cool drops. They also worked with Alex on the collection which makes it that little more special
Its really awsome to see how much the fandom still hasnt died out! And im really glad that it didn’t get like 6 more seasons becuase i personally think gravity falls would've lost its charm
There’s more content online that you didn’t touch here. I don’t know if you talked about these stuff before, but what has been helping to cope lately is: - It’s Gonna Get Weird animation on RUclips, animation revolving a deleted villain song for Bill Cipher - Into the Bunker, a fan-made new episode that is really good - Some other deleted show stuff I sometimes happen to find on the internet.
I'm glad you talked about inside job and the owl house, because I will be on my deathbed and still be mad that they both got cancelled. I mean at LEAST the owl house got to actually end (they got a third of their usual slotted time to do it and they were cancelled on the DUMBEST REASON IMAGINABLE but I guess a show being allowed to end is a courtesy), they just cut off inside job. It's even worse because they probably got started working on it, got excited, and then after a week they got cancelled (I swear Netflix is just trying to ruin themselves at this point).
i like how Hirsch manages to keep the audience captivated with random mysteries like the counter, even thought it might not be now season 3 proabbly in our lifetime will come

I was born when gravity falls came out but I got into the show which im proof that even this generation can enjoy old shows :D
I have similar feelings for movies and some series that came out when I was born, amazing when something turns 10 years is considered old, I got into this show around 2015-2016 and I was like 11 or 12.
@@jesustovar2549me too
I watched gravity falls about 2 months ago!!!
@@jesustovar2549i saw it appear on tv as a kid but i didtn watch it all and i got into it finally yearsss later
So you're like 11 years old?
I think that Gravity Falls really defined a genre, i think "mystery comedy" or "mystcom" fits it well.
Guys, they have just announced the book of bill. Pre order it!
i'm still waiting for my copy to arrive T___T
The book of bill has come out and an arg has started
Oh yeah bill went to Traripy
23:13 and, ya know, eda is Stan’s ex-wife
I…. I own one of those overpriced toys… * activates Grunkle Stan mode *
Grunkle Stan does kinda look like a cheap badger animatronic 17:08
My birth year was the birth year of gravity falls and I still have brilliant memories of watching it with my family when new episodes came out. (But only after bill cipher came in because I, like many other people, loved him)
i have amazing news for you...
Lol
Fun fact: death battle is going to do Discord from mlp vs Bill cypher on this season
(Also, I would love if Alex Hirsch made a Gravity Falls standalone animated series or a movie!)
u didnt say the name of the show
@@supersonic5024 Yes I know I didn't because I thought people would know cause it's very popular and it's set in the 1980s! (But yes, your right I should have just named dropped it, you know it's Stranger Things!)
I still miss this show so much......................
BUT HER AIM IS GETTING BETTER!!!
I have rewatched Gravity Falls so many times that I have whole scenes memorized. I'll find myself saying the lines with the characters while watching the show.
My good friend, I come bearing great news. GRAVITY FALLS IS BACK, BABY
I'm surprised you didn't talk about that youtube animated fan episode that came out recently it was basically a full episode and very well made with pretty good voice acting as well
I just watched that, it was amazing!
14:33 Bill cypher is in your mined
Man I swear this series is always gonna be entertaining
I don’t know if you saw the Bad Egg Studios Gravity Falls collection but all of the stuff was so amazing! I bought the Bill Cipher ita bag and it arrived today and it is gorgeous! I’m not sure if they are still selling some of the items but it is definitely worth the check out as they have a heap of cool drops. They also worked with Alex on the collection which makes it that little more special
The reason why he started a new book is cuz the jurnunul 3 got destroyed
GRAMMAR!!!!!!
Grunkle Stan made a copy of journal 3. So only the copy got destoyed
Still cant believe its turning 12 years old this year.
I can’t believe it’s been 7 years since Gravity Falls ended, i feel so old ❤️
It ISN'T over
Same 😢
I also feel old, it was such a good show
We* , boy
Same..
seems like a bit of an oversight to not mention that amphibia and owl house were ALSO created by people who worked on Gravity Falls.
may want to look again 💀
If gravity falls ever gets a reboot and the creator doesn’t want to voice bill anymore then he needs to hire you cus you do a good bill Impression
Its really awsome to see how much the fandom still hasnt died out! And im really glad that it didn’t get like 6 more seasons becuase i personally think gravity falls would've lost its charm
When you talked about all the shorts, it brought back memories of me watching these constantly after the show ended even the puppet ones
Dude, it's 2019, the show ended 15 years ago, you need to let go.
There’s more content online that you didn’t touch here. I don’t know if you talked about these stuff before, but what has been helping to cope lately is:
- It’s Gonna Get Weird animation on RUclips, animation revolving a deleted villain song for Bill Cipher
- Into the Bunker, a fan-made new episode that is really good
- Some other deleted show stuff I sometimes happen to find on the internet.
Gravity Falls really is an absolute masterpiece
I'm glad you talked about inside job and the owl house, because I will be on my deathbed and still be mad that they both got cancelled. I mean at LEAST the owl house got to actually end (they got a third of their usual slotted time to do it and they were cancelled on the DUMBEST REASON IMAGINABLE but I guess a show being allowed to end is a courtesy), they just cut off inside job. It's even worse because they probably got started working on it, got excited, and then after a week they got cancelled (I swear Netflix is just trying to ruin themselves at this point).
Wait until he makes a vid on the book of bill
11:16 that stan is from sock opera, where mabel and dipper do have physical puppets. So not showing them is more of a a stylistic choice.
Gravity falls will never die I swear
4:21 I have that, don’t know where this is now
have you seen Hilda
Yes!
i like how Hirsch manages to keep the audience captivated with random mysteries like the counter, even thought it might not be now season 3 proabbly in our lifetime will come
This is one of my favorite shows, it’s so sad to see that it has nothing new anymore
21:59 its funny how he says this and then immediately spoils the reveal of marcy
This aged well…..
Yeppp
Yeah...
