Hiya I'm a representative for NintenDerp. Sure your plan sounds reasonable and might actually revive starfox but we can't. We're too busy making More annoying mario games. More Animal crossing games. More Zelda games More Splatoon games and more pokemon games. Nothing else matters. Cry harder. Love nintendard
Love Sargasso playing in the background. It may not be my favorite part of the 64 soundtrack, that goes to Sector X, but definitely my favorite part of the Assault soundtrack. Solar & Sector X are my 2 favorite 64 levels.
It is a common mistake for accidentally fly into Peppy in Sector Y in some places, even in corridor mode (Sector X is the other). Peppy: “Watch where you flying!”
I have yet to replace the boss music. The timing should be exactly how it is in stock 64 3D, just with the original soundfont. I'll look at the files, though. I'm currently working something out to try and get some proper orchestrations of all the boss variations.
"The big problem is that citra dumps these textures as semi-transparent and they are *VERY* difficult to extrapolate detail from them" Couldn't you have just removed the alpha chanel?
If you tweak the settings enough and use a 100% complete save, you can actually play it pretty decently on some hardware, but certain levels being rendered upside down is still a deal breaker for a lot of people. The score attack mode does soften the blow a bit more though since you can choose which level you wish to play. If the game is having significant issues for you, try turning off new 3DS mode. That seems to break it pretty badly. Underclocking to around 30-50% also helps performance a lot, but can cause some instability.
Wow this looks incredible. If Nintendo release the game like this and kept the original voicelines I would buy this in a heartbeat.
I wouldn't mind an official HD release, but I don't think it would be good for it to be it's own release. Maybe a bonus in a future game.
@@MaddiAddiGaming I love the music when you were fighting Shotgun Warlord.

I’d love to see them redo the game with the Star Fox Zero visuals and engine, and the original 64 lines uncompressed.
0:34 Heeeey… That’s James’ boy! 😎
Thank God he brought back the iconic Falco: hey Einstein I'm on your side!!! 1:12

Nunca había visto este mod..
Personalmente no me gustaba el soundtrack de 3d pero el clásico 64 en el 3d es increíble!
Este es del assault
Very Cool!
You need to correct the Boss D soundtrack tho, it's slightly delayed

@@MaddiAddiGaming Yoooo noice!
@@MaddiAddiGaming I love the version you had for the battle against Shogun Pilot.
Star Fox vs. Zeon

The detail would still be lost unfortunately if I understand how that works.
Honestly you should lower the music's volume and make the voices louder
Where will this be available when you're finished?
Do Macbeth
I am going to get to it. I'm currently re-drawing the landmaster's textures completely from scratch, and it's a time consuming process.
Too bad this game runs like shit in Citra
