Star Fox 64: Expert Mode Playthrough (ORIGINAL NINTENDO 64 VERSION)

Here's my playthrough of Expert Mode in Star Fox 64!
Expert Mode is unlocked after earning all 15 Medals in the normal mode! In Expert Mode, there's more enemies, the Arwing takes twice as much damage as it did before, the Arwing now instantly loses a wing and all it's laser upgrades just after 1 crash, a message from ROB 64 in Sector Y exclusive to this mode, a special illustration shown after the hard and easy ending, and as you saw on the Thumbnail, Fox wears sunglasses just like his dad.
I loved Star Fox 64 so much as a kid when I played it on the Wii so many years ago! It's gameplay is amazing, the action is intense, and the interactions with all the characters are really fun to listen to!
This copy of the game I have, was previously my cousin's. He gave it to me in 2015 since he no longer had his N64. This game is actually easier to play with the Original N64 controller compared to the Wii Classic Controller, and it felt great to finally play this game with the Rumble Pak! X3

Sometimes Slippy quoted: “Yippee! You did it!” When you shot down 12 enemies after Falco quoted: “Take ‘em down in one shot.” Especially going for a medal run in Sector Y.

It took me forever to get the Titania medal in normal mode, forever to get the Sector Z medal in Expert mode and I never could get through the “easy” path in Venom for Expert mode as well. Shooting down Star Wolf, in Venom, just seemed a lot easier to do lol

I think you're referring to the title screen.
Well, to get that version of the title screen, you have to earn all 15 Medals in Expert Mode.

... your thumb must be thick and well trained .. I get cramps after just 2 levels on easy mode and didn't get a medal ..

You can shoot efficiently when you find the exact moment to release and press A again. You always shoot 3 lasers before charging a shot, so try to find the exact timing to shoot like a laser gatling, and you'll get medal after medal.

That depends on the skill of the player. It's a safe bet that by the time you have Expert unlocked, you're fairly competent at shooting stuff.
It doesn't seem to do any favors for your wingmen, though; Falco almost shot down Peppy in the first level! What a dork! 😂
