I wish you the best in your class! I was also scared about the course but it was honestly the best experience i've had. I hope you have an amazing instructor like ours!
My CNA training was so hard. My professor was an NP. Now I work at the hospital in the heart and stroke unit and it’s even harder. Word of advice to people deciding.. take an MA course or a Phlebotomy course. Being a CNA is very hard and we get paid/treated horribly.
That sucks, i'm sorry to hear that. My CNA training was pretty easy also, i'm sure working as a CNA isn't the best. I'm still looking for a job, just waiting to apply once im done with my summer classes.
So I have my Phlebotomy Cert and I just my CNA program, I'm taking the CNA program to add more to my Phlebotomy because I need more experience and i came across Olgas videos to prep myself. Why is it better to have your Phlebotomy or MA with being a CNA. I know some CNAs don't get the best treatment but what are the benefits of having those two added to CNA?
Wtf? YOUR INSTRUCTOR MUST HAVE SUCKED, ITS SO EASY JUST LIKE WORKING IN THE CARDIAC UNIT, U DONT NEED AN M.A OR PHLEBOTOMY, IF U WANT IT THATS FINE BUT MAYBE ITS NOT THE JOB FOR U IT SOUNDS LIKE
@Michella Ann oh yes. I’ve been a CNA for 3 years. I also became a MA. Surprisingly I keep going back to CNA work. Can’t beat three twelve hour shifts.
Hmm, maybe I should just stick with ma. All I gotta do is my internships, but I’ve thought about doing CNA Because people said it’s a great stepping stone to work my way up to a RN.
My CNA classes will start on February 21 at same college you studied at is lonestar College Kingwood ☺️ but different instructor. Thank you for sharing your videos I really got a lot of the information about this class.
Hey, that's awesome!!! I do say it's a good school to take the classes at. I was glad to know that Lonestar offered CNA classes. Good luck with your classes :)
@@andreao5958 Thank you for your support and I hope you keep on liking my videos in the future. Trust me that the program goes by really fast, so take your time to enjoy it. I wish you the best in starting your new chapter in your life.
The only reason I wouldn’t become a cna is because of my back I had an accident last year march and it messed my back up bad up to this day I can’t even do my job to my full potential and I work in the warehouse 😢 but I really want to b a cna because I love helping ppl
Not much, it all depends on your state. also, home health or other contract places pay more. Compared to working at a hospital, it can range between $12-$22 an hour depending on your years of experience.
