Thank you for your review of this keyboard. I have been using the Logitech k750 keyboard and I loved the feel of the keys although it wasn't ergonomic. The solar rechargeable function stopped working so I replaced the batteries. They worked for a few months and then stopped recharging again. I started using an older keyboard that we had, but I hated the chunkier keys and once again not ergonomic. I found your review and decided to purchase this keyboard. I should have done this sooner as I use my keyboard 85% of my workday from my home office. I have had it for two days so far and I can already tell a huge difference. Worth the price!

Saw other 2 videos of yours and I am glad that your keyboard is still working well and that it didn't lose the painting on the keys like my Microsoft Ergonomic Keyboards (they'd peel after just a couple weeks using them, the current one is 5 years old, nothing broken, works well, but it's pretty much destroyed visually LOL).

Haha "in production" you are a true developer sir. Don't ever understand why people want backlights in their keyboard unless then look down while they are typing which of course they shouldn't do. I never look down so don't care if my keyboard has a light or not.

Thanks for even more information on the Logi, Michael! I wear very convenient, simple computer typing gloves to help prevent staining of MS Sculpt Keyboard wrist rest. If you are low on funds, the Logi is not the hands-down winner. Depending on how you use these keyboards and funds you got, Sculpt could be really good for you. I really like the angle of it. There is not a perfect keyboard on the market.

I have three keys where the letters have faded away, D, C and V -- D as the home key for my left middle finger means I probably touch it more than others; C and V because of copy and paste. The replacement keys I have found are $7 each. I'm not a very demanding user; I've had this keyboard for less than 2 years. Nice feature: you can remove the palm rest with screws to clean it and to clean the space between the rest and the keyboard.

As a heavy Excel user, this keyboard is really a life saver. I can easily forget how long I’ve been typing. My only frustration with this keyboard is the function key is located on the right side instead of left side. That eliminates the additional functionality of my logi ergo trackball mouse.

Question, did you find any issues with the space bar sticking? I have had this keyboard for about 15 months and the right space bar (I am right handed) gets most of the use and has started showing signs of wear. Mostly sticking and/or not registering clicks without a lot of additional force. I was forced to pull the key off and clean it and that still didn't fix the problem.
It is a hardware problem since the actual switch itself (under the key) works just fine. I ended up having to remove one of the two metal bars under the space bar to get it to function. Just wondering if I am the only one with this issue.

TLDR; Keycap kettering wears off fast under heavy use -- do not buy if you need labels on your keys. I've been coding all day for years. I have been through so many keyboards it isn't funny, trying to find the right ergonomics and feel to keep my hands and wrists fresh and my fingers light, quick and accurate. I love the feel of this keyboard, but the keycap letters faded to uselessness in about a month of serious use... a real drag for such a pricy keyboard. I'm -mostly- a touch typer, but the odd time I need to hunt for a key, the keycaps issue is a deal-breaker for me. Next up, I'm going to try out a Keychron q13 pro, alice layout. Hope this helps.

Do you think they'll release a new version anytime soon? I bought the ms surface go 1 a couple months before the 2 came out and really regretted that. Been waiting on the next version of this before I pull the trigger, but I could really use a second keyboard now, and I want an ergonomic one that will last, as opposed to getting some random keyboard in the interim. I'm pretty set on getting this one even if they don't add a usb port or backlighting (my two asks), but if a new one will come out in the next 3 months or so I'd rather wait. Though I don't want to wait 6 months, so if in 3 months I find out I have to wait another 3 I'll be annoyed I didn't end my suffering now

      2. Ir até a tela de emparelhamento do logitech options.

YES! Logitech says the top layer is stain resistant and has an almost wax-like coating that is easy to clean. I put a small amount of hand-soap on a wet toothbrush and gently scrape the palm rest. I wipe it off with a clean rag or paper towel, then spray with alcohol based electronics cleaner (to help it dry quicker). It looks brand new after each cleaning. I use the same electronics cleaner spray to wipe the keys down every few days. They keyboard looks as good as new.

I have k860, sculpt and surface. K860 is indeed way better on connectivity. Setting aside connectivity, I prefer surface. It’s the most premium and for me has the best key layout. It’s problem is that Bluetooth can be quite laggy. My sculpt did not have connectivity issues that yours had but hate that a dongle is tied to only one keyboard. When it comes to the main area of the keyboard I like typing on the sculpt the best. My sculpt’s End key died after four years. I poured tea on my surface and lost some 2-5 crucial keys. So now K860 is my main driver. It’s too plasticky though. I think sculpt is the best value for money overall. I really like surface for its premium feel and material. I just wish surface had the connectivity of k860. It would be my keyboard for life. One thing I hate about the k860 is replacing the menu key with fn. if you find k860 and surface too long start using your ambidextrous mouse via the left hand. I love the portability of surface
