Does it only remove the Japanese 110mph limit or it also remove the 143mph limit? This box is very interesting because, unlike other boxes on the market, it doesn't require cutting of cables but is plug&play as you have shown in the video.
Not really sure if it removes the 143mph limit too. If they are limited the same way then I would think so because it totally removes the limiter. I chosebit because of the plug and play, didn't want to cut any wires. Inevitably I will get a ecu when they come out and not need it.
This is a very interesting video, thank you very much! In your video, there is a display at the end that shows the values from the BLITZ SPEED JUMPER? Is this display absolutely necessary for the operation of the BLITZ SPEED JUMPER? Or is the installation of the BLITZ SPEED JUMPER sufficient and the speed limit is lifted? What exactly is the purpose of the display?
Sorry if the display was confusing, that was just a Blitz obd2 display and has nothing to do with the jumper. I was just showing no check engine light after installation and panned over to it. Also I have confirmed that the speed cut works 😃
My Yaris is from Europe, i installed it but the vmax is still blocked on 230, do i need to do something special or cant the controller go higher than that
Sorry but I am unsure. I actually had to uninstall mine. It was first causing boost issues which Toyota found out for me and then I put it back in and it throws a check engine light but the boost issue did not come back. I can clear the light easily but only install it when I am running on the bigger circuits.

@@razzjp when installing did you need to cut off the battery or not, i translated the japanese description but it gives unclear phrases
I just looked at the instructions and do not see that they say to disconnect the battery.
@@razzjp i installed it new, it works now partly, thx
What is this??
Speed limiter removal for Japanese cars. They are all limited to 180 kph.
@@razzjp thank you
Being thick here, what is it and what does it do?
In Japan cars are electronically limited to 180 kph. This removes that limiter.
@@razzjp ah OK thanks, the uk version is limited to 145 mph as well, not sure what they would top out at
@@razzjp So how fast does she go now? :D
Haven't taken it all the way yet. I will say that it does work though.
