Ten years ago I qualified as a doc. I now work as an anaesthetist. In that time no one has explained the process as succinctly as you have. Thank you, you have simplified many daunting topics and your videos provide short, bite size revision points for post graduate exams.
    Keep doing your thing !

If you cut deep enough is there a point where the damage done is not repairable, For example deep enough that tendons is cut completely.

    - Cells around area sends signalls
    - Nerve reflex
    - Myogenic Spasm
    2. Platelet Plug Formation (platetet membentuk temporary plug untuk menghentikan pendarahan). Dilakukan dengan 4 cara :
    - Plug Adhession
    - Platelet Release Reaction
Platelet mengeluarkan adenosin bifosfat (untuk menarik platelet lain) & serotonin protrombin A2 (meningkatkan Vasospasm & menarik platelet lain)
    - Agregasi Platelet
Pengumpulan platelet pada area luka sehingga membentuk platelet plug formation
    - Plug Formation
Penutupan daerah luka oleh platelet sehingga menghentikan pendarahan
    3. Coagulation, berfungsi untuk memperkuat plug yang dibentuk platelet
    - Intrinsic & Extrensic Pathway (clotting factors)  Protrombinase (aktivasi protrombin) yang berperan sebagai ‘lem’ untuk memperkuat plug
    - Protrombinase dibantu dengan Ca2+ mengkatalasis :
    Protrombin (inaktif) -> Trombin (aktif)
    - Trombin dan Ca2+ menjadi enzim dalam perubahan :
    Fibrinogen (soluble) -> Fibrin (insoluble)

    Thank you for the explanation
