I drink water all day every day. I dont drink anything else. So drinking water if I'm hungry never made sense to me because it doesn't work. It's all I drink! But when you said that it gives you a chance to calm down the emotions first and ne more conscientious, it made sooo much sense. Emotional eating has been my enemy since I was a kid. And I always say that it's the biggest battle because you have to deal with food every day. You can't escape it. This is one of the best videos I've ever seen on this issue. Thank you

FOMO is real! That’s for the suggestion to be proud of your choices. I think that will be a game changer for me. Right now I feel I have to apologize to others for eating healthy or cooking healthy when they may not want to eat a healthy meal. My oldest daughter loves veggies. I will try to focus on her positive reaction too.
I am doing the weight loss shots and your statement about them is so true. My dr really didn't provide any good nutritional guidance, and gave me a band aid for the fix. Thank you for your message and no more shots for me.

I had a bad injury, I put on 20 kilos, I was so hot 🔥 However putting on weight Going through all the pain and suffering made me more humble I may have put on weight However I'm happier I'm free And I don't eat alot I think.as long as your healthy and alive I think that's all that matters If your happy Then you don't get to fat I have chronic pain And my cortisol is very low However because I'm a positive person with a positive outlook I'm healthy
Still have to live, still have to experience different foods, different cultural foods Just eat healthy And if people want take away once in a while You need to have a relationship with yourself first That what matters and you don't need a reliance with food No one needs to be deprived Moderation Enjoy life No man wants to take a woman on a date and the woman be like eating salad leaves Enjoy life and eat in moderation and just enjoy food and life Omg 😳
While the message is wonderful (as always), the constant meal selling is disconcerting. It permeates almost everything you do, now. I can’t afford them.

I was actually just thinking how well balanced she is with balancing advertising her meals but still providing valuable info. So many others spend too much time on ads vs. actual content.
Geez it's literally not this complicated, like at all. Most people are not getting even close to enough protein each day. It's actually kinda hard to do. All you need is 1 simple piece of advice - Cram a lot of protein into every meal - You will be full. You won't have cravings. You won't have insuline spikes. Simple. Easy.
