My emotional eating has nothing to do with guilt or shame. It's because of stress or sadness/emotional pain or anxiety. After loosing 110 lbs myself, I am better at managing emo eating, but it is still something I have to keep on top of. But never from guilt or shame like you stated 2 mins into video.

Of course, we are all different. And sometimes, we are in denial of our emotions as well, especially guilt or shame .

That's not what she said. She said after emotional eating, people feel guilt or shame.

I think for some people, it starts with sadness/pain/anxiety but then they go from that to guilt and shame when they realize how much they've binged. If you don't have that particular issue, though, great!

I really appreciate you! Just listening to you is so comforting to me! I've been really hard on myself sometimes with my eating and I have struggled a lot, and your perspective (and I think just your voice and your smile too!) Is so comforting to me, with such a healthy, positive and balanced perspective. Your mindset is a blessing to me. Keep up the good work. God bless you! Yeshua Hamashiach loves you!

I use to put a lot of coffee creamer in my coffee and I also use to drink the creamer right out of the bottle. And I use to put sweetener in my teas but now I only like to drink coffee just plain black and for tea unsweetened only cause I heard that’s the healthiest way to drink them.

It is not advisable to start your day with sweet foods even artificial or low calorie sweeteners will, when you start the day eating them, Sweet breakfast will encourage you to eat sweeter foods the rest of the day because your brain is going to say do you oh that is good putting on weight is what that does I want more of that it’s going to help me to survive in the starvation times of winter. So you have to remember that you’re never going to be evolution truly. You were always going to respond positively to things that cause you to gain weight so if your having sweet things in the morning make it occasional not daily or 234 times a week. Your psyche will better respond to proteins and fat in the morning keeping your blood sugar stable in your mind calm
