    Thank you for this.
I am 61 years young and have struggled with weight my entire life.
When I was at my lowest, my mom told me I was fat.
    I never loved myself.
Now, looking back, I can see how I was healthy and at a great weight.
I am on my way down the scale now... hopefully for the last time.
I find that losing weight and maintaining and losing again really works.
Thank you for your candid presentation. I love your shorts and recipes in them. ❤

You’re amazing! I signed up for beach body and found your program. I love that I don’t have to measure food, count any calories or number my food. It’s so practical. My little guy who struggles with his weight is loving this program as well. I’ve been telling everyone about this!! I lost 4 lbs this week and have felt stuffed and satisfied. I know it’s a lot of weight but it just shows how much I was overindulging and not moving at all. So thank you! I was about to donate bags full of clothes because I was giving up on ever losing this 40 lbs, but I went and brought my clothes back in because I now know I’ll be wearing them soon!!! Thank you!!

You are a hoot! But very real and very honest, and funny to boot. You have the biggest, most Mesmerizing eyes, I hope you are truly proud of what you have accomplished, under very tempting circumstances. College, dorms, sorority life…bagels, wow. What willpower! Luv your videos, and the shorts and quick recipes. Glad I stumbled upon your vids.

Thank you for your story, I am 74 and love your recipes been a yoyo dieter all my life, when I am emotionally happy it is easy.
Since christmas I have lost 33lbs and would like to loose another 33lbs. I am averaging about one pound a week and cloths are getting much looser. Stairs are much easier as well.
    You are an inspiration.

Okay, when Llana said “when you’re happy enough you don’t feel the need to cheat”, that’s perfect. No cheat days is crazy to imagine right now, but she’s proof it can happen. My mom lost 100 lbs and has kept it off for 25 years. She’s in her 70’s and she is so healthy. I know it’s possible but it’s hard to detox from alll the food that feels like it’s constantly attacking me.

I was always an up and down weight person until i was between 205 - 220 for about 6 years. At 73 two years ago I changed my mindset .. I don't deprive but eat mostly healthy and use intermediate fasting .. now after losing 5-10 lbs at a time and maintaining that for a few months at 75 I'm down to 165 - 170. Still working on it, but it's mostly easier. My problem is flab .. need to get to the gym. I know not all of the flab will go away at my age, but hoping for improvement.
Your videos help so much .. Thank you ..

I have been on several diets, the only successful weight loss I had was in my twenties I loss 90 lbs lbs in 3 months too fast, the weight came back with a vengeance, so now I want to do it the right way.

I'm 43, a mother of 2. I wasnt big until after my child bearing years. I'm positive it's hormones. I can't seem to lose. I've been doing keto for years and really try hard most days. Being older is definitely harder to lose than when i was young and could lose really fast. Whole different ball game. Is this a keto way of eating? Just came across your channel.

I’m 113 and have horrifying back and joint pain. I also had this pain when I was 200 pounds so I don’t know any more what I do know is that I’ve never eaten healthy amounts of food consistently even if I have mostly healthy unprocessed food I really had my eating patters permanently ruined

I'm a 2B Mindset Mentor and I struggle with getting people to track their foods. I'm always told they are not losing weight or have stalled, then when I ask to see trackers so I can help them, I get nothing. So I always remind them that they have to give the program 100%, which includes tracking everything in the journal and it will take a while to figure out what it is that is causing them to stall. Any advice for us Mentors on how to help them or encourage them to journal their food?

I'm losing weight slowly..but it took me quite a bit of time to realize it's 80% my food plan. I focused on the exercise more in the beginning. Then shifted my focus more to the food plan. It takes time to understand the program. Don't know if that helps..
