    Best product ever! I had Canadian Thistle overtaking my beds and I tried pulling them up for two seasons. Tap roots are 3 feet deep and spread horizontally. Used this and they stayed DEAD.

    I teach my guys to crimp the hose of the wand to cut the pressure. Then drip the rd up on the leaves. You don't need much, if the drip runs off the leaves you used to much or it's not hot enough outside

    Those briar weeds are thorny nightshade. My dog ate some 2 years ago and had to be hospitalized. She's fine now.

  • @Jason_Bacon
    @Jason_Bacon 2 года назад +4

    The downfall of Briar plants is, you have to find the mother node and dig it up. Simply pulling up what you see above ground will be nothing more than a band aid.

    I ordered this from GCI a few weeks ago and I wish I had it years ago! Weeds that are hard to get rid of because they spread underground are no match. Just like in the video you can work amongst desirable plants. Thistle, ivy, bush honeysuckle, milkweed, black walnut are all dead or dying a week later.

    That stuff is potent. I tried killing a few small spots of creeping charlie in my lawn last fall. I think it's the surfactant that did it, but after it rained it ran into the surrounding turf and smoked holes in it. 😂 I'll use selective herbicides in the turf from now on.

    Any idea or how to get rid of bermuda grass in my KBG lawn without damaging KBG? Is there an herbicide for this situation?

    • @donniereidjr
      @donniereidjr 2 года назад +1

      I have this same problem. For now I just pull it up. Im thinking maybe just kill the whole area and come back with some of Pete's seed.

    • @ivanfong4224
      @ivanfong4224 2 года назад

      @@donniereidjr I've killed the whole area as well and reseeded with Pete's KBG seed and the bermuda still comes up. I have yet to find a way to kill bermuda in my KBG.

    • @Turbostang500

      I had common Bermuda all throughout my yard and got it killed completely with just Glyphosate, but it was a reno so it was completely sprayed, watered pretty thoroughly, and resprayed a little more than a week later. That was two years ago and none of the Bermuda has even tried to come up in the KBG.

    • @ivanfong4224
      @ivanfong4224 2 года назад

      @@Turbostang500 That's exactly what I did too. I reno'ed my front lawn so I started off to kill the whole area with glyphosate which killed everything. Seeded and did the whole sha bang and then come summer, bermuda in the lawn again.

    • @Turbostang500
      @Turbostang500 2 года назад

      @@ivanfong4224 I have to admit, I was concerned this might happen to me. Maybe I just got lucky. I am currently doing the same thing this year too a different section of yard but this time seeing Bermuda in place. Still don't want common Bermuda spoiling it though. So far, no common Bermuda has emerged. This year, I did use RM 18 just to see if it was different. Seemed to take longer to have any affect but it killed it dead. Lol
      Also, just a note, I did have a very little bit of Common Bermuda pop up in my KBG but when I pulled it out, there was barely any root. This led me to believe this little spot was a new germination from all of it around my neighbors houses.
