Thats a trip i was 13 also.Saw them at long beach arena july 9.Ill tell you this as bad ass maiden was id have to say saxon took that show and thats coming from someone who was and still is a huge maiden fan.I went in there a maiden fan and walked out a saxon fan.Saxon destroyed the place opening with power and the glory and ending with wheels of steel.I didnt know too much about saxon except my older brother played a little of the live album for me and hearing power and the glory on the radio.After that gig i went out and bought every saxon album i could find.By the way fastway was great to.\m/
@@mag2469 I don't know about Long Beach, but in San Francisco with the show being so close to 4th of July, there was more pyrotechnics in the crowd than on stage. At one point Bruce stopped the show and said they would walk off the stage if people kept throwing fireworks. Oh the good old days! Try getting fireworks into a concert nowadays.

He was incredible. Unfortunately he has lost the power he had in his voice, but it's undrstandable... So many years singing in high notes! His voice started to degrade somewhere after Accident of Birth IMO
