Earl, your the godfather of Rc’s sorry I was gone for a while. I have the bell hit and I do get notified every upload. I just wanted to tell you I have major respect for what you do. Your amazing my man!🤘🏆👊❤️🍻
I'd really love that one for bashing, but if I'm honest I probably wouldn't run it that often because of repairs being expensive. I think it would take the fun out of it for me. But I really do love watching the vids on it it's a beast of an RC. i have a pal just got one lately so I'll be meeting him soon to see it in the raw. I very much enjoyed your run with it last week with your friend at the track Earl fantastic fun. ❤
Wow that's crazy the amount u put in to fix it , I pulled the pin and ordered the standard xmaxx was kinda pricey $1742 in Canada was off a website so should be decent truck hopefully.....
Earl….i picked up a dbxl 2.0 and love it…..how hard is a kill switch install? I absolutely love this rig, runs like a champ. Never had any issues of it starting….but I do hear a run away is a concern.
This is why I haven't bought a 5th scale Arrma yet. Don't get me wrong the 6S will break just as much. But the money spent on initial investment is just not worth it to me. Unless I build a fully built 8S. In which case it's still a massive investment. In fact I wouldn't even buy a roller. I'd just start with an M2C chassis and build from there.
Hey Eral im wondering is it very difficult to get into the line of work you do? Do you need an agent or do you go and ask studios? Or do you do your own publicity?
My Arrmas tend to break stock chassis more often than Traxxas after backflip jumps, even on good landings. Especially the 4S Outcast and 4S Kraton. Cha-ching $. I like both companies, but in my experiences.
@@earlmoorhead5555 it could be a little of both . I own a xmaxx as well. I usually jump my rc's pretty high but I also stick to landing in grass , to soften the landing
So basically you are saying this truck is not worth getting from a durablity stand point ? I have my xmaxx I love it and I can’t help but want this or a Kraton 8s is this the case should I stay away from it ?
It’s a great rc just need to be aware that trying to jump it high will result in major cost even tho I feel the repairs are normal the cost exceeds a replacement rc car
@@TMIVRCyeah mine takes that all day long. And it's not even the exb. But bad landings will bend a drive shaft from that point. I've had to buy a lot of those @ $20 each. Should have bought the 4 pack from Jenny's for $60 a couple times now but still haven't learned my lesson
@@favulus1he knows exactly who they are. Along with other multiple companies that make higher end chassis and other upgrades. He’s just playing dumb 😂.
With the chassis damage you should have just went m2c there not that much more than replacing a stock chassis I think the 6s chassis is $100 stock and the m2c one is one $140 or so at that price point m2c is the way to go
Translation: Crashing constantly and nose-diving into hard surfaces will cost you when driving an Arrma. INDIVIDUAL skill level matters when ripping these bigger Rc's. Pivot ball socket joints are very difficult to ruin, and you managed to do so. Scam artists like M2C dont even make those LOL.

1/5th scale was never for everyone, if you want to keep it reasonably priced keep it 1/8th or 1/10th scale. It’s insane what 1/5th costs, RPM arms for a Outcast 8S is almost as expensive as a Granite Grom.
@@feki122 yeah it’s crazy . I don’t have any 1/5 scales , but my rustlers and typhons are bad enough. When I get tired of my bashers I take out my trail trucks , they cost to upgrade but at least I’m not forced to do repairs all the time

I show the installation of the kill switch on two of them there not bad programming the remote was the hardest part
Bet you didn't have to "REFRESH" that slick looking front bumper shock absorber looking thing 👌😜👍💯
Nope bright as ever
Great video, a lot of helpful information. greetings Earl.
Should of bought the newest Version of the 8s! Crazy 🤪
Nice job Earl. Waiting on parts is no fun but it should be nice when it's back up and bashing.
I love my outcast 8s exb takes a beating, last time I took my xmaxx out the esc finished up that truck always breaking.
Love the new intro
Those are some seriously expensive repair bills.
Nice new intro!
My son made it though it was cool 😎

Arrma saves you money upfront, but Traxxas saves you money in the long run. Great vid as always Earl.

Cadillac dashboard 🙃

But ARRMA looks so much cooler and rugged
