I keep coming back to this song because it reminds me of the love of my life, Victor. He passed away May 31, 2021, and he would play this for me while he was away for work. I miss him so much, and this song makes me, feel like he's still here with me.

Maybe on of the best songs ever written. I know....crazy to say, but man, Marcus and this band might be the most under appreciated artist on the planet. My guess is Marcus does not play with the traditional industry.....so he does his thing. Thank God he is doing his thing.. WOW>

This is just sublime. Been listening to great bands, great singer-song writers and great guitarists since the late 60's. I live alone and have a few guitars hanging on my wall here. Whenever I'm cruising RUclips sussin' out music I'm always coming strait to or strait back to this man and his band. Thank you Marcus you make an old bloke really content.

I just discovered MKB. Wow! So funky. Memphis reborn again. He's like an even more soulful Warren Haynes and that's a high compliment in my estimation. Love the brass with the soulful guitar and pure R&B vocals.
Warren produces him. To me, Marcus has a better and richer voice than Warren.
I just found this guy and thought the same thing. Wondered if it was a son of Warren’s or something. Incredible sound.
Finally...a talented young writer/ singer performing music we all strive to long for in this day and age. Unique voice. thank you - well done!

Marcus king has a old soul it was tje 25th of last month when i lost my little brother he was a real music man he love music from grateful dead to BB .king to his own group witch he shared with rwo. Of his close friends but what i can say Marcus you where the lasts. Live band he saw not only one time before he pass but twice because you trun around and played a friend od ours wedding three should be know names i can say son you can trun a dieing* man soul come back ro lifek. @@anthonygibson660 This tune is my 'All-Time Favorite' Marcus King song. Second on that list would be 'Rita is Gone' which is the very 1st song I had ever heard by them and which got me hooked on the MKB.
'Good Bye Carolina' is another one of those classic MKB songs that has great music and lyrics.
