Neat app. I was a hardcore android guy forever and installed all sorts of customizations. However I figure this is why my flagship always felt slow after six months. So many different things running atop one another. I still do appreciate the open source nature if android tho.

So i installed it on my fold 4...i wish there was a way to have different settings for both displays but i know thats a niche thing...I toggled on a few apps (gmail, spotify, youtube, and a couple others) what I've noticed (at least so far) is that the priority follows the OS's priority of notifications (for apps that you have enabled) and it follows OS settings. So even if you have notifications enabled for DIscord, if you've turned off notifications for DIscord from the system level they won't show. From a functionality standpoint its similar to DI but Apple also enabled a bunch of cool APIs for the DI that lets developers interact with it in real time beyond just system notifications...like one guy made a cool version of pong/brickbreaker as an app that interacts with the DI. I don't even think Android has that kind of API built in to all apps to "see" or "touch" other apps like that...at least not exposed in the way Apple is with the DI. I wish there was an animation for when music was playing rather than just a static icon..just to help w burn in. All in all not a feature i'm interested in keeping but cool to try out

Wish I could swipe away notifications like it says you should be able to in the settings. Deleted it pretty quickly even though I wanted to like it since I'm used to having it on the other phone now.

It's ok. I'd rather not to take ram space with some unintuitive, unfitting Ui "dynamic spot" which looks a bit cringed. The idea in itself is great. I get it. Though if your phone brand company didn't think you should get this dynamic feature there's no point in ruining the existing experience with something mediocre
native android notification is good as it is i guess. apple is just sugarcoating a big flaw on their design...having a relatively large notch in 2022 is just absurd and they are trying to mask this flaw with a "software" ...
They fixed all these problems now you could reply it's better animations and you can change the way it looks and works when you connect your Bluetooth connect to the charger receive or apply to text messages receiving phone calls decline in phone calls and you can turn off the notifications so you get from Samsung and only stick to the dynamic island instead and there is a settings in the same app itself that blocks the notifications for the apps you picked from Samsung and just shows them on the dynamic spot instead you got to get the paid version for that and you can toggle it on and it works just fine just as good as Apple better than a lot of ways because you can pick what apps work with it pretty much all the apps on your phone if you choose to options people it's all about options

It does, but it can only be in one position. If it's lined up with the cover displays so if you camera it will just be sitting in the middle on the tablet screen.

You can disable System notifications in the app.
Run DynamicSpot > Notifications > Disable System Notifications
It's turned off by standard.

On the cover display yes, but the inner one is off to the side. You can move it, but it'll always be wrong for one screen.
