It happed happened to me once with my other phone but i was able to reverse since i found the original os files. If files of your device aren't available for download then your phone is screwd.

But if you update a new file on your smartphone for eg the Android 14 file and its incomplete or your phone didn't read the file properly then your phone will get stuck in a loop it won't start

Did you unlock the bootloader using Adb and fastboot on computer (e.g. Fastboot oemunlocking unlock/ Fastboot Flashing unlock) or did you just turn on oem unlocking in the developers option?
