      @@flasha1204 Sure, but how your muscle bellies look when peeled is what makes a great bodybuilder. WSM and elite powerlifters stepping on stage may not look the best in the world, but they are surely some of the strongest.

      Explosivity and stretch reflex are necessary for going heavy and because of that elite lifters have a tendency to look like they are further from their 1rm than they actually are.

    he literally has no weakness in terms of powerlifting, equally good at all 3 lifts. he will hit 1100+kg in the next meet for sure

      Depends. Wipe grip puts more focus on chest and could be potentially better for chest gains while close grip is more tricep so if triceps are strong go closer ig.

    Those are the cleanest 3 lifts in competition I have seen in a long time. Truly inspiring to hit numbers like that after injury with such impeccable form.
