Jason, That is a great question that I was wondering about after noticing the Anvil handled 15 A over the 10 A of the Inkbird, but no the Anvil Temp controller doesn't have the relay delay as it was specifically designed for the intention of just running chiller pumps or heat. If you are looking for a Keezer or Kegerator, I'd stick to the InkBird systems. I have an InkBird on my Keezer that is probably about 7 or 8 years old and has only gone about 2 degrees off from what it shows, but I've set it for that offset which is pretty good for being in use for close to a decade.
Thank you and hopefully I'll keep you entertained and informed with some really nice content. I do a few 1 gallon videos for ease and attracting new to brewing type folks which I know most home brewers aren't usually interested in, but I'm getting ready to make a few of those a bit fun for hardcore home brewers too. I do have three big things already scheduled that I'll be sharing with everyone. One will be in December, one in January and I'm not 100% sure on the Vendors release date for the 3rd but hopefully by early 2025.
Has the Anvil got the fridge delay settings?
