Nice bikes. I was thinking about getting a used VStrom 650 but they are road biased with the cast alloy 17inch wheels. The 450MT has spoked 21in front and 18in rear

Mine has cast 19" Front & 17" Rear wheels.
Your bike there is a Dual Sport (Dirt but can do Street)
Mine is ADV (Street but can do Dirt).
      Very different animals.
In my "more perfect world" I'd own 1 of each type, but I mainly ride street for local regional or cross country touring, ergo the V-Strom is perfect.
You appear to have lots of Backcountry, gravel & dirt roads, judging by your video, ergo your ride is well suited to those environs.
      Cheers from Texas

@@psalm2forliberty577 Yes I'm now living in a country region of New South Wales Australia. I live in the Hunter Valley famous for great wines, breeding race horses and coal mining. The area where I live has the horse studs and coal mines with the odd winery. Many of these roads are poorly maintained tar sealed and some gravel/dirt in the further reaches/less popular areas. There is also some public roads that are on private property. Thank you for all the comments is greatly appreciated. Cheers Jim

The gravel road at the start is just a link road about 400m long. Next is Wells Gully Rd
