You are first creator i can find for long distace travel with Kove 450. Most of us are to afraid to trust the bike for such journey

I've done multiple 250+ mile days on the Kove. The bike is solid and trustworthy.
This looks epic! I was in Morocco in December last year but with the family so we were in a van. I was so jealous of the groups of bikes we saw, I'd definitely like to go back on two wheels next time. I found the Moroccans to be nothing but friendly, a really amazing country.
Be nice to have a full run down of all the bikes used for this trip. Fantastic stuff , morroco is amazing.

Great post, I was debating whether I would rather have the Kove or T7. My nearest desert is Australia and I'm hoping to do an organized ride in the sandy stuff at some point on the Yammie. The range and weight of the Kove makes it look like a better ride for the job.

Morocco is at the top of my list for riding! I’ve ridden there twice so far with plans to return! Once on my KTM690 Rally and last spring on my 20 year old KTM450exc. Nearly 3000 miles each trip with zero issues! Great people!

I think I saw you guys in Morocco on April 6 a few hours South of Ceuta (North of Moroco) as I was returning from Mauritania on my Transalp. Riding solo for 11,000km

Congrats for long test ride! very usefu! some questions :-) : do you have mounted the oem Kove Tower or after market? I see the Montana and other devices...what sort of tablet is that? finally, how's the seat and vibrations after many km? thanks!
The tablet/montana mount are 3d printed (details in the Kove/GPX facebook groups). The tablet is a PhoneMaxx T1 Pro rugged tablet. Available direct from Phonemaxx. The seat is hard - i had some softer foam put in and added sheepskin. No vibrations.

Hi, cool videos! What navigation setup do you use for the Kove? The tablet, attachment and occasional GPS attachment seen in the videos. I have the same bike and thinking how to set it up for the navigation better (and should I purchase the tower). Have you ever used the built in pairing/navigation options in Koves own dashboard?

Hi mate, what an experience! Looks like a good trip. What is the mount you’re using for the garmin? Trying to find a one for my old Oregon 550 GPS
Just the AMPS mount with Ram Ball adaptor - unfortunately the 3d printed ram ball didn't survive the whole trip though!

Fantastic video. Looks like an epic trip. The 450 looks like the sweet spot for travel/trail/road bike and that type of trip.

One question: Kove says you must change oil every 2000 km. That is not very nice for a long trip, like 8000 km in South America or Asia, What do you think?

Looks like a sweet trip, nice mix of Road and trail, some bits looked hard but the Kove really does look like the unicorn for the job. Is the seat comfy?
I had seat modified with softer foam - it's a bit hard otherwise. Seat concepts now have a comfort seat too...
Saw a Tablet on your Kove. What’s the brand and how do you “install” it on Kove?
Phonemaxx T1 Pro. You can buy a CNC mount for the tablet and then there's a few options for mounting on the bike. Either a 3d print mount or www.motoboxer.eu/produit/gps-holder-for-kove-450-rally/

500 km is only the first changes, after that its 2000 when used for what it is designed for. For trips like this you may go longer intervals
