  • This 15 Minute DEEP Somatic PSOAS RELEASE is great to do if you have tension in your front body, lower back, hip and legs. The Psoas muscle is very important as it helps us with all our everyday movements and connects your spine to your legs.
    You will be mostly on your stomach for this session so please make sure you are on comfortable ground.
    Be curious of your own movements, take some time for yourself by exploring your inner environment and welcome the release.
    You just need your mat and good vibes.
    I hope you like it.

    I’m going to try this on a slick floor. I was on a rubbery gym floor and it didn’t slide. But I like what I did so far!

    I have menopause hips. Drives me batty. Walking like Frankenstein. I still work full time at 61 And I’m hoping your series helps. I did this one this morning and it felt great. I have left bad knee so I have to modify a little Thank you

    I am brand new to somatic yoga. Is there a video that is extremely detailed. I don't know what muscles I'm supposed to allow to be soft or be actively used. I am learning disabled and need more guidance I think.

    This would be great except in the first 5 mins there were 3 ads that interrupted the movement that was supposed to calm the nervous system. The ads make it the opposite of calming.
