    Loved this thank you! Not sure if you get this question often haha but what kind of underwear do you usually wear with yoga pants? Any recommendations on types colors brands etc would be greatly appreciated ❤

      Great question, I wear cotton underwear and depending on the climate, if it's hot, I'll wear something thin, breathable and that doesn't hold onto moisture too easily. Main thing is the underwear you choose should feel comfortable for you. I hope this helps. Self-care matters in all areas.
