Today i see many youngsters lifting at 50% of their potential with time under tension because they think that TUT is optimal rather than lifting at your full potential. The main concern here is with TUT the progressive overload that you can do is not that optimal. What i think is lifting heavy in your first few sets would help the muscle breakdown in a better way. Do let me know your thoughts on this.
For muscle building our primary goal is muscle stimulus. This can be achieved: with heavy wt. , light wt. more TUT or very light wt. & high reps (20-25). However, everyone especially in the starting years should try to get as strong as possible. Which seems to be missing these days!

Science based traning are good for "slow bodybuilders" not for a hybrid athelete who need strength from defferent angle broo please a tutorial of hybrid traning
Chest supported rows provides torque (loads the muscle)in the lengthened position but gym nerds need to address the forces that compresses your ribcage with the introduction of chest pad which can make you feel suffocated especially while lifting heavy loads on chest supported rows(bracing against a pad is problematic while lifting heavy loads)which is not a limitation when it comes for barbell and t-bar rows, you can't expect to chest row 40kgs and say that it's equivalent to barbell rowing 100kgs,most of the science based nerds do these especially them lifting baby weights while performing ilaic pulldowns is a joke🤦 Everything has a trade off and every approach to training works🗿
Well Said. 💯 Surprisingly I have never felt the chest congestion while doing Chest Support Rows. I keep the pad at mid chest with some part over my upper abs. And I row 80-85 Kg for 10 strict reps.

Bro classic db curl or bayesian curl dono different exercise hai, bayesian ko compare krna hi h to inclined db curl se karo... And in my experience inclined db curl in stretch position gives fucking humongous stretch than bayesian curl👍 Cables pr exercises ko overload nhi kr skte ek period k baad like after full stack

They use automobile garbage, hand made dumbells etc.etc. to build and shape their bodies look much better than today's "" jhandus "" using machines at gym. Don't mind brothers of gym. This is fact. I am 72 years old and district champion of sundergarh district, Orissa in body building, never saw any gym like today's 😅😅😅😅.

I didn’t see any old school bodybuilders injured, may be they don’t do ego lifting. I would say ego lifting is bad as these exercises are conducive to overload that’s why people ego lift in free weights.
