    Kya ise suruaat ke set se hi lod descending karna start kare ya last ke sets se load km karna start kare?
    03. Agr week me kisi muscle ko 2 baar train kar rhe h to kya pehli training me alag exercise aur phir doosri training me alg exercise kar sakte hai?
    04. Muscle gaining me 20 minute ka cardio roj weight training ke baad karna sahi rahega ya phir jab rest time ho tab hapte me 2 din bas 20 minute cardio karna jada sahi rahega?

    In bicep doumbell curl i could lift 5kg at starting and after 7 months it is the same....doing 5 exercises 5 set each and 10-12 rep each set.....(hight 5'11", weight 73kg, taking 90g protein everyday)

    For example hum 3 sets har exercise ke lagatay hen, to kiya hum esa kar sakte hen ke 1-2 set 6-12 range mein aga len aur 1 set har exercise mein 4-6 range ka laga len, will it be good for best results ?

    Sir have been going to gym regularly since 1 january 24 and workout for 1.5 hr daily....in many exercises i was progressing very fast for first 4 month but after that the progress slows down and now it is negligible.....what should i do to increase my lifting capacity?

      its normal dude, achieving PO in every session is very easy for noobs, after some time the PO doesn't increase that fast it gradually slows down, don't worry its a normal process.

      Understand with an example
      Lets say you are able to do maximum 100kg for 1 rep in bench press
      That means, your 1RM is 100kg
      So, your 60% 1RM = 60% of 100kg which is 60kg

      Reason : high reps are tiring to the mind
      Low reps are good for strength building but chances of injury are increased by a lot

    I do my first set for 1 to 3 rep max of the main exercise as warmup and then second set for 5 to 10 rep max and third for 7 to 15 rep max
    Is this approach right for max strength and additional hypertophy benifits
    Please tell me sir
