its normal dude, achieving PO in every session is very easy for noobs, after some time the PO doesn't increase that fast it gradually slows down, don't worry its a normal process.

Understand with an example Lets say you are able to do maximum 100kg for 1 rep in bench press That means, your 1RM is 100kg So, your 60% 1RM = 60% of 100kg which is 60kg
