I would say that was good advice, but my whole life revolves around the fact that I make bad decisions.
In every situation do the opposite of what is emotionally comfortable.
“Be like a duck” When ducks dive into the water and pop back up the water just rolls off their backs so whenever something or someone is bothering you just let it roll off your back. Being upset is hurting you more then it is hurting them so “Be like a duck 🦆” My sister told me that and I’ll never forget it.
I have two. On a youtube video once a guy said "the way someone treats you says everything about them and nothing about you" and another one I saw was on a gentleman's OCD page on Facebook when I was trying to find help for my OCD, he said "to walk away from something your brain is telling you that you have to do, to prevent something bad happening, you have to feel like the worst person in the world"
I hope this can help anyone who is being treated bad or anyone suffering with OCD, because those two lines have helped me a lot :)

My advice to everyone else would be live your life for you. For the love of God don't do things because they will make someone else happy. Make yourself happy first.
