Dude. This is why I make these videos. I love hearing this stuff. Thanks for reaching out and letting me know! Stoked you liked everything but the climb, sounds like you and I are very alike! Lol
@@DustyTrailsMTB I rewatched this video after riding it, and I know exactly why you were casing all those jumps at the top haha. No gas left in the tank!
Just north of Alsea is Black Rock. The jumps there are next level. Also nice place to progress from smaller stuff to massive gaps. I am in the same boat, working on my jump game.
@NoShredDad i LOVED Black Rock! I made a video of that zone, too! We hit Bonzai and Sickter Gnar! The gaps at the bottom of that had me pooping my pants!
We already came through Washington! Got some laps in at Tiger! We are in Squamish/Whistler now. I'm just so behind on my videos - having too much fun on the bike!
@@durenpaul We'll definitely be back through at some stage! Right now we're debating where we want to spend the fall, and which way we'll get there. I've heard the upper peninsula of Michigan has some sick mtb trails, and we definitely want to ride SDM in Quebec as well! What trails from Seattle should we put on the list for next time?
I love Alsea Falls, have stayed in Corvallis so I can ride there, always approach from the Monroe side. Haven't considered looking for housing on the Alsea side. Once I drove through Alsea on the way back to Corvallis, and that curvy section of highway north of Alsea was a blast to drive on! Like they built it for fun driving.
The drive to Alsea falls is so beautiful, probably one of the best roads in Oregon as well as the trail. 👍
And great free camping in such a pretty forest! This place is a gem!
Team Dirts mascot is the Gnome.
It's such a fun addition to the trail system. I love it.
Alsea is the BOMB!💣 An amazingly crafted gem! Thanks Team Dirt!🙏😉
Team Dirt crushed it on this one! Chef's Kiss 🤌
Just hit Alsea Falls this past weekend, this video helped, and did a great job showing the highlights! Not my favorite climb though I’ll admit 😅

For sure! Especially after climbing that section again! But also, I'm so bad at popping off the lip! It's something I need to work on!

Looks like a great trail system!
So fun! You should check it out if it's not too far!
@@DustyTrailsMTB I'm over in Montana, but I do want to get back to OR and hit more trails than just Timberline-to-Town \m/
I haven't ridden in Montana yet! I hear good things! I would expect a lot of high alpine, similar to Colorado
Flowing 💨
Heck yeah bud! Thanks! 🤘
You need to match Anna's vibe when you are feeling frustrated. Her energy makes her the ideal riding partner.
This can be said for way more than just our biking relationship! You nailed it dude. Lol.
Chutes and boulders is even bigger than misery whip.
Which Is why I didn't think I should attempt it! But it looks soooo dope. I wish my jumping skills were there.
Nice! You guys coming as far north as Washington?

@@DustyTrailsMTB Nice! If you want to meet up for some fun local riding in Seattle on your way back, hit me up--have fun!

I dunno about the the rest of you but seeing those gnomes deep in the forest kinda creep me out… great ride btw.
Man, I wanted to reply with a gnome emoji. And I just learned there is none? How is that possible? Haha.
Thanks tho, it was a fun Ride!
Yeah the corner that just drops away from you is silly.
Yes! Thank you!
Anna is the best and you tell her I'm mad that she didn't laugh at your corny "dirty case" joke.
She is the best! I'll let her know!
But she does have to listen to A LOT of awful jokes from me! Hahah
I live in Alsea
Dude, these are your backyard trails? You're a lucky human being!
