You also talked about family and most people have a lot of characters, so expanding on that idea would be fun to see. You play your family, not just one char, I don't know

I would like an easier way to swap and to mix and match outfits, and to put them in a separate inventory/UI. The patrigo bag is pretty annoying to swap outfits around. Gw2's wardrobe (and afaik even WoW's transmog) is way better.
This game needs to focus on reworking and additing to the basic grindloop cuz circles are boring as all hell Crazy enough pso2 does this better and people complain about that game being repetitive. Add bosses to the open world grind spots, with actual mechanics, add random missions that can spawn while doing circles, add time trials or something like that, add random loot box drops and maybe the game would be a bit more interesting
Ask them about more diversity of MOUNTS. How about more diversity of medieval elements you find from Europe and stuff...like a FAIRY region or something...or a region that is just eternally DARK and you need some kind of light spell/lantern/torch always to get around in....something DIFFERENT and more INNOVATIVE than what they have been giving out.
Talking about the classes; The Scholar got me back to actually play the game properly, and fell in love more after that. Tested DK and then accidently played Nova and now I got my char.

The amount of developer time and effort it takes per class is massive. What does the game really need? A year or two of no new classes, and those developers dedicated to other things the game needs. Have the last couple of classes been bangers? Absolutely yes. What we need to acknowledge is that new classes are a necessary evil. Ball events draw back old/new players. Hence why new classes release shortly after. Player engagement numbers go up. Guess what stock holders want to see? New classes also sell weight and inventory. So of course PA is always incentivized to keep cranking new classes out. Let’s not even talk about class balance. I do not PvP. Imagine the task of trying to balance all the classes in a fair or reasonable way. Give it up. Let it go. New classes would bother me a lot less if character weight was family wide, and if weapons were family wide as well. I liked the idea later presented about like a family wide gear wheel. What’s the point of 30+ classes and yet tagging is our only option? How do they release all the combat changes and not give out weapon exchange coupons?
Just to play devil’s advocate, imagine BDO 3+ years into the future with 50 complex classes, each split into 2 specs. Sure, class balance might be a dumpster fire, but 50+ classes by itself is an impressive flex/niche for an MMO, especially with BDO’s combat. I would argue you don’t need class balance to have fun. Solare is popular even though everyone complains about the meta classes.

You are for sure right that except for Awa Drak and maybe the importance of Shai, Awa Valk and Succ Zerk + Ranged classes in Large scale the balance on top of the food chain is pretty good. But imo the balancing at the bottom is actually way worse than the top tier classes. There are many classes that are just unplayable in PvP. Up until before the Wednesday patch Succ Nova was horrible to play, Awa Woosa is not working at all in PvP imo. I think they should focus more on buffing "bad" classes to get them to the average because I feel like the gap between average and bad classes is much higher than from average to top tier classes (awa drak aside).
Might be a question for Jaykun but I feel awak woosa is just fine. Not strong but fine. Shai needs to be reworked imo but succ nova was addressed. There will always be issues here and there but overall balance seems to be meeting expectations as I said. It’s not perfect but I don’t expect it to be. As long as something egregious isn’t destroying the game they can make small adjustments

19:00 to be fair I would prefer subclasses like in mobile version of the game, I main Awa Ninja since its release and I love those 6 katanas buuuut it would be nice to have only that weapon, I dont like switching to main shortsword, on horse I need to have shortsword, in dark shrines I also am forced to spawn with shortsword, but from what I remember in mobile you can just lock your weapon with subclass, Awa Ninja has its own icon and its called Ronin, I know some ppl could also like having both weapons at the same thing and some chars need this so why not add 3rd mode where you have only awakening weapon and skills for it? (some pre awa skills could be converted to awa weapon also for optimization reasons since those skills could have same stats as in succ or current awa), I made a forum suggestion about this
Gotta love PA making every class tankier without adjusting the classes that already did very little damage. It's literally gonna end up being the same as always, with PvP competitivablity being mainly based on class and not skill

At this point just turn half the servers into pve servers the other half into non karma servers and leave or increase arsha benefits. That way carebears can grind over eachother and normal people can flag if someone fucks with your rotation. Edit: Also make red great again.
Blue has a good point... The profit for this game does not, nor has it ever, come from Korea. The American and European player base is where they make their money, they need to learn to focus on those areas.

But I can instead point to NA/EU revenue over the past five years and cite an actual number - the % change in revenue each year. If you "leave" BDO but you don't contribute to its revenue, PA has zero incentive to base development decisions around you. I'm just showing you reality.

Prob won't happen but can you ask them to have a "remastered" ability effects option so I can just play in very high settings with remastered effects.
