Pen bs is also the cheapest endgame weapon u need 3weapon . Helmet. Amour. Boots and gloves. Then gets better u need accessory 5 pieces. Gd luck if u gonna swipe cos i am 710 gs and i agree with this vid play the game .finish season finish magnus finish land of morning night then u can look at cash shop until then dont . I think what alot of people forget that the game is ment to be enjoyed! 100% agree with you the more you enjoy it the less everything else will fill like a chore!

About enjoying the game i would like to add that in bdo there is so many classes for reason. You dont have to stick to one once you finish all the story questlines, like you said enjoy the game and do seasons few times, its good advice cuz thanks to that you can check few classes which may look interesting to you. In my experience checking how all classes workes, and learning them a bit gave me the most fun in this game, and even if the seasons are done, you can tag all class you want and copy your main gear.
Dont make Black Desert your second job, just enjoy the combat, learn the classes and explore the world.
100% agree the more time u take to figure out what classes and activities you enjoy the more fun you will have longterm

I really disagree. only do Land of the Morning Light questline if you want to hate the game by the end of it. I highly suggest Ancient Stone Chamber first. only do LoML once you have decided to commit to the game.
this is a fair take and it really depends on the person. i personally prefer to get loml out of the way on any account i play on but i the Pov you are taking and respect that way too!
I did LOML first when I came back to the game after a couple years and I didn’t mind it at all. However, it was just mindless questing
@@ryanlatour2101 for me getting it overwith and then never having to think about it was the best route but i can see how it wouldn't be the best for everyone But 2x crystal slots and blackshrines unlocked is a nice perk
As far as artifacts go, i like using 4 wind: Alert Combat, it gives you 400% Combat EXP. there cheap stones and really helps with leveling.
fair this is overall a find one to use while leveling but i will say if ur doing seasonal i think you would outgrow it rather quickly but like you said it is cheap so theres no reason not to use and replace it!
So Im a returning player...been away for years so I decided to create a new account and start over on a seasonal server. Created a sorceress and now lvl 35 and Im stuck on the queen harpy quest. Cant move fwd. Died at leasst 5 times trying. Any clues as to why all of a sudden, this quest is 1000 times more difficult than all the previous ones ?
so they just reworked that questline. if you are playing on seasonal you should be able to enhance your naru gear up as much as you can and walk through the story content easily. once u get pen on the naru gear it will turn into tuvala for you. Look for the Yellow item called beginner Blackstone's in y our inventory. if you don't see them talk to your black spirit and look for quest that give them to you!
@@PeopleskillsTTV I have all of my Nuvala gear enhanced to +7. Didnt wanna lose durability with fails when it got down to 70%

ngl if your gonna spend 3k USD on a pen upgrade jsut buy and sell outfits and buy gear at that point.
thats how i feel too. honestly tent is the best value in the game other then that the rest are meh you can play without amazing pets as long as u get t3 ur fine and u can do that free over a few months with what they give away!
ah peopleskills. there's a name i haven't heard from in a few years. this video just floated through my recommended feed today. one major con about loml and why i don't recommend a new player start there is it's very different from how the rest of the game plays, including the quests, and will give a new player an innaccuratte view of the game.
while i somewhat agree i think it also sets the player out with 2x more crystal slots and the abillity to do the boss blitz. with that i think it helps new players not be so sideswiped by crystals once they hit mid game and realize they then have to go do 8 hours of quest but for all the starting areas they are all good in their own ways! and hi nice seeing you again

@@PeopleskillsTTV thanks i have. in a couple of weeks i will have been back for a year and it's been pretty good. i have new gear and new toys and things to show off so that's fun. what i'm trying for now is either the boot flame or a male doom horse. i already have a female and 11 taps ready to go. after that probably debos and the ring

yea honestly i like the frost mountain zone myself but Loml is a big hurdle to get over so i can see both sides!
