I hav followed texas for many years, luv Charlene she is a brilliant singer nd musician ❤ , she has a great personality also beautiful 😍, their music 🎶 soothes my soul. Luv them. Xx
History tells us that Sharleen was a hairdresser/singer who was reluctant to step into the spotlight because she was shy. But when she embraced the truth that she could sing, elevated this band to global success. Her singing voice is in the contralto vocal range, a very special voice. And man did they spoil us with a sound that transcended Glasgow, and took us all the way to the Mississippi.
What an ironic Scottish lass. A brilliant advocate to rock music. Shows poise grace style and attitude. A hypnotic bass line rhythm that rolls and a lead guitarist that's both haunting but also shows great inspiration. A song that lives on . And a fantastic layout of lyricism all combined to thrill. Keep it rocking 💯 classic. Thankyou as always xxxx
Saw Texas live before the first album was released, stood literally 6 feet from them, probably the best concert I have ever gone to, travelled all the way to St Andrews to she them and Gun, less than 100 in the student union, as soon as the albums where released I bought both and still love their music 30+ years on…
Oh 💩 yea ! While she's still a beautifully stunning singer/songwriter. First time i saw @Texas play live was incredible, but i couldn't help think. Wow! That's probably the natural beautiful woman I'd ever seen ❤️🔥 While i knows its supposed to be the musical talents of the musicians and the sound, plain truth is both men and women are sight senory above all the other senses and Damm she had it ! What an Artist 😊😊

I'm not sure if it's the song, her accent, or her eyes but damn.... Could even be that hint of a smile that I could handle seeing every day for the rest of my life.
I was singing out very very loud "I don't want a lover " , while dancing with my girlfriends at any bar , laughing as crazy , believing every word of it , ...But then I met you, and you were the love of my life. 1990 . Time won't be back. ❤❤
I never made it to this event, but for me @Texas and Charlene in particular were The Best Live Act i ever saw. They're performances on stage were perfection💘🎶🥁✌️
@@anja9303 as someone who loves souls and doesn't care what a beautiful person looks like I still find her a very attractive woman because of what she is and not what she looks like. Further more, she hasn't exactly been beaten with the ugly stick.
I remember March 1990, due to work I spent 3 weeks in Edinburgh. One night, Friday, Saturday(?), local co-workers invited me to a pub/club Texas did perform also this song. Back at home in the Netherlands, early April, Texas just entered the dutch hit parade with this song. First thing to do, when the album came out, I bought it. Both because the music as well as the remindings of this special evening.

Texas... Ça c'était du rock.. (isnt'it?). Merci du partage. ........
Es muss ja nicht immer Motörhead sein.
No face metal , no bats on her eyes , no Donald Duck lips or plastic forehead , just sheer natural beauty .
Voice like a honey coated thunderstorm,
Could play the audience like Alex Harvey.
She's an absolute babe.....
Ayeeeee
…but what about the music!!?? 🤔

Bats 😂😂😂😂😂😂

A true musician sounds just as good live as they in the studio, well done Texas, not shabby on the eye either
That wonderfull smile between 1.00 and 1.05... and also the rest of them :-)
Great music at a great time!
She is still beautiful.

Just the voice and the bassline.
