A little shop tip for ya: to loosen stuck metal parts, use an air hammer. It works!

Nice job. That is a drive in grease zert. Whenever they don't have hex heads, it's a drive in, they have barbs to hold in place. I use a socket to knock the new ones in that fit tight to the base.
Use a rubber tip air blow and put a small amount of air into your PB blaster. Just pop the tip off and push some air in, good as new.

@@MikefromMissouri you can also sometimes use a butane torch refill nozzle to help refill those spray bottles. sometimes the rubber tip air gun won't seal well and you will take a bath in lubricant lol

You can use a valve stem for a wheel to add pressure to the can and use the rest of the contents and the cans will hold quite a lot of pressure so you can safely add 120 psi as long as the can is in decent condition. If it is all rusted or has some other defect you might want to back off the pressure a little bit but I have done it countless times to really bad looking cans and have never had a bad result. lol

They didn’t use Blazer coolant. Good stuff. It has an anti- rust chemical.

I laughed when you said you were impatient and had to try. Glad it working out for you. You should do a video on repressurizing your PB blaster. Lol

You could also tape down some sand paper to a very flat surface,
Then kinda lap it using the weight if the vice to your advantage.

That was considered but then I started looking for a surface grinder. In the end I decided it was more of a cosmetic concern.

take a rubber tipped air nozzle and just push the air into can of PB blaster. works on most aerosol cans

You are correct it’s Zerk. Don’t know where I picked up Zert.
