Thanks for taking us on a tour. What an interesting and beautiful property. A lot of potential! I’d love to see what you would do with it Sean. Here in Canada, it’s green thumb.
Sooooooooo much better than house hunters. The comfort and ease between you and Tom is enjoyable to watch. Tom and Jasmine are such lovely people. You and Sam certainly should be proud. Job well done!!!
Happy Sunday everyone! I so enjoy watching your trips around France 🇫🇷...I get to learn about the different places and make a note of where I'd like to visit someday ✨️...The quality, variety, and uniqueness of your channel is top notch! Thank you all, Sean, Sam, Jasmine, Tom, and Jack for all the effort and hard work!🤩👍🙏🏻💝Greetings from North Carolina 🌄 😀
Wow! What a beautiful property! The garden by the river alone is to die for! Absolutely gorgeous! ❤💕 Btw, here in the US, we call it green thumbs, not green fingers . 😉😊
Sean, in my neck of the woods we say “green thumb”. Tom did a great job showing off this amazing property! It has a lot of potential for a B&B or a private home. The location and the gardens are so picturesque! Thanks Sean and Tom for showing us around.🙏❤️
This was great! I liked the listing house and I liked how you included what the town had to offer as of basic businesses; bakery, bank, bar etc. Nice work on your descriptive add ons to submational points. Well done!
I love the fireplaces, especially the one in the kitchen. The ceiling medallion in the living room is beautiful and would definitely stay after the renovation. I think one reason I like looking at houses in other countries is that they are laid out so differently to what we have in the U.S. And the outside was huge but the river would have sold me. So many possibilities. Thanks for taking us along.
I love the property Tom. It's a fantastic buy. Those gardens are so lovely and I could see myself fishing everyday. Sean thank you so very much for taking us along on this little adventure.
What a fantastic house, in England on the river you will probably expect to pay upwards of half a million, wish i was younger and able to renovate it's gorgeous i can see it's potential.
Very nice price for that property! Although, renovation would take up quite a bit more of one's housing budget. As info, banana trees bear fruit once they are about 15-18 feet tall. They'll produce one large stalk of several bunches of bananas, and once they do that, they'll never produce any more. People cut the banana stalks back to the ground once they've borne fruit. I live in Florida, where a fair number of people try their hand at growing bananas.
I can't imagine that much house and property being sold for that price in the US even with the noise. It is a beautiful place with so much potential. Thanks for sharing and it is green thumb here in the US. 'all have a Blessed day.
That house has great potential after the wallpapers are taken out😂. The balcony view is amazing! Tom is a great Real Estate agent. He’ll be very successful.
My wife and I owned and operated an 820 Square feet VRBO or air B/B and it was very popular. This was in the USA. 820 S. F. worked just fine for space..
Hi , OMG I am in love !! Cute house !! Beautiful garden and views!!💜 So much can be done with this house. Hopefully someone will buy it a enjoy it !!😊❤
That's a fantastic price for everything you get with that property. Just being on the river and having access to it makes it worthwhile but then you add on that beautiful garden and it's worth it. Yes there is a lot of work needs doing inside but nothing that is in desperate shape. Just some updating and refitting a kitchen.
Very interesting video Sean and Tom, you are both so very amicable. It was nice spending some time with you both while we tour some of the lovely rural towns of France.
Hello Sean! I really liked this place. A lot of potential.😊 The saying here when someone is good with plants has a green thumb. Thanks for sharing this video. Wow, great price with the added plot of land.😊❤
I love this channel!!! SO glad I found you guys!!! And this property....be still my heart. I'm about to start searching your channel to find French farmhouses... a lady can dream...
Green thumb! Maybe it depends where you're from. What a lovely place Tom and it's so nice to see you again. I wish you well with your house sales! Wow, that price is fantastic....here in British Columbia you can't buy a liveable shack for that now!
This is such a lovely little town. The house is intriguing with so many possibilities. The garden and river would seal the deal for me. Thanks for sharing. Oh by the by it is Green Thumb... at least in the US.
35:00 I would use it as a quiet time spot with lawn table and chairs, gazebo or something like that. If outdoor cooking is allowed it would be nice to have a grill there. Tear down the garage and just have a couple of parking spaces.
Hi Tom and Sean, the tour was fantastic!!! Wish we didn't live so far away, it's a bargin for someone that doesn't mind doing some updating. Since we live in America it would take a huge boat load to bring over all that's been collected over 60 years! I bet this video will help you Tom, sharing more information and, receive a ton of comments. Sean, it's been enjoyable and learning oots as you work on your site. Many Blessings to both of you.
Tom and Sean, this is a lovely property at a good price for the area. I feel it is for a younger couple with children or people who are agile enough to handle the stairs. The garden is beautiful. We here call it "green thumb." Thanks for the tour. I will be surprised if it doesn't sell soon. ❤
Sean, your videos of real estate are going to get countless Americans packing their bags and mivibg to France. The butcher's house and property is truly a giant batgain we all dream of Venice but in France we,can have the river and tve fish to boot. It would be so cool to sell everything and move to France. Another great appeal is the old tiwn with 2500 residents. Anyone moving to central Normandy would easily make friends and feel right at home. The age of the town is very appealing to live with old age history. Well done, Sean and Tom another captivating video! Hello from Yakima, Washington.
Wow‼️location, location, location 😂😂😂. I like the kitchen. I probably would just paint the walls a solid color. Love the cottage! This is definitely a 70s house😂😂. But very easy to remodel or mostly just update. SOLD! Just let me know how much! 🥰🥰🥰. In Georgia USA we say green thumb but I don’t have on😩
That is SO much for less than 100k. The fact that it includes the river front and protects its own view is simply incredible.
If you forget the flood risk sure.
It's because the houses like this are located in our old villages that are dying. Little shops , no attractivity . Just "old people" so less demands.
@Lostouille it's certainly not a dying village
WHERE IS LOSTOUILLE, PLEASE ? @@Seans_World
Thanks for taking us on a tour. What an interesting and beautiful property. A lot of potential! I’d love to see what you would do with it Sean. Here in Canada, it’s green thumb.

Fabulous! Beautiful place! ❤

Thank you Family Dutton 🥰
94,400 € !!! What an amazing property for that price. Waterfront property is always so expensive. Thank you Tom and Sean.
Wow! What a beautiful property! The garden by the river alone is to die for! Absolutely gorgeous! ❤💕
Btw, here in the US, we call it green thumbs, not green fingers . 😉😊
So much potential. I hope someone really turns this into what it deserves to be.
Sean, in my neck of the woods we say “green thumb”. Tom did a great job showing off this amazing property! It has a lot of potential for a B&B or a private home. The location and the gardens are so picturesque! Thanks Sean and Tom for showing us around.🙏❤️
A fun house tour. It's "green thumb" here in the USA. : )
Hi everyone speak soon ☺️
I would love to see Sean buying that and transforming it. It has so much potential and the outdoor space is its greatest asset!
This was great! I liked the listing house and I liked how you included what the town had to offer as of basic businesses; bakery, bank, bar etc. Nice work on your descriptive add ons to submational points. Well done!

How adorably charming the property and town are. So much character and possibilities! Loved it!🥰
I love the property Tom. It's a fantastic buy. Those gardens are so lovely and I could see myself fishing everyday. Sean thank you so very much for taking us along on this little adventure.
Beautiful location, absolutely intriguing house. Unfortunately not a place for retirement. Too many stairs!
Holy cow! Only US$105,000!!! What a fantastic opportunity!
No kidding! I'm ready to move.
OMG that looks like an ash dump door...inside a bedroom on a wall with wallpaper. Wowzers.
What a beautiful weekly vacation rental that would make.
What a fantastic house, in England on the river you will probably expect to pay upwards of half a million, wish i was younger and able to renovate it's gorgeous i can see it's potential.
Great tour around the house and gardens. Tom’s right, it’s green thumbs in Australia! 🇦🇺😂
What a bargain. Structure seems good. Mostly cosmetic. Scenery and large garden are priceless. ❤
A great property tour! Tom makes an excellent realtor! Cosmetic updating would easily make this a cozy home with a stunning location.
Very nice price for that property! Although, renovation would take up quite a bit more of one's housing budget.

The only thing I would add would be a Google map for location of town , house and village center.
Love the house! Love the little town too. Thanks!
Hello from Missouri 💕
What a little gem of a property with so much potential!💕
What an interesting place! The view from the back of the house is lovely! I hope Tom finds a buyer quickly.

Wow, I wish I was young again, I would love to do this up
The garden is spectacular, and the house could be made to match!
❤

Wow ....I would never get around to doing work on the house....just live in the garden 😂
It is "Green Thumbs" here in the USA!
