Sean! Go to places that make you happy. We will enjoy coming along.
Sean, I really appreciate the diversity of your channel. History, travel, gardening, antiques, restoration, family, architecture---wow! Thank you
The preservation of buildings and history in France is so different then here in the states in most places, everything has to be modernized, updated to the latest so-called greatest thing! I love your videos of these old towns, it's not just an old building here there it's the entire town that is preserving history absolutely awesome!
I always enjoy Sean's way of showing things going on in the local area, it feels like I am actually visiting a place that I will probably never get to go.
I wish I had cows as my neighbours I’d for sure ask the farmer for some manure and age it for my garden it’s fantastic gold.
Hello 👋🤩 from North Carolina! Love your videos! If you don't get back to the Convent Billy is going to have holes and time capsules in ALL the walls!😂🤣😂👷🏼♂️⏳⚒️
😂😂😂
North Carolina here too
Lived in Oriental NC 15 years.
@@sandraevens8744 we're in Asheville NC 😊, actually born and raised here. My family has lived here for over 120 years.
😂so true!
Can’t beat a dad joke.
@@pinkelephants1421 It's contagious 😂
We build bird houses and put them on the end of a pitch fork and stick them in the garden. They look really neat.
Love these tours and market trips Sean - even if you don't find anything.
I could have just kept walking along with you....Thank you for another great video. Love how your channel has such interesting & varied content. ❤️from🇨🇦

Sean, you have such a calming demeanor. I could watch your tours and antique hunting all day. Thank you for taking us along with you to such a beautiful part of the world. xx
What a charming video/vlog, Sean! I enjoyed this special combination of ancient, very old, older, your family past and today! Well done! Will definitely read your son's historical info! Best regards, Patricia
I couldn't find a link to your son's text. Can you please help! Patricia

Wow! You had vision with that first house; can't imagine taking that on. What a cutie!!! 🤩 very pretty and historically interesting area to settle in. Thank you!
What a great team you and Dan from escape to rural France would make 😀
Shaun thankyou, thankyou, thankyou for taking us to visit the beautiful villages and towns in your part of France. I really love the history that you share too. It was awesome to learn of and glimse a little bit of one of the homes that sheltered those very brave airmen. I really liked your old home. Do you miss it at all? The surrounding countryside is so beautiful too. ❤
Wow! That is some gorgeous scenery! I thoroughly enjoyed seeing the castle ruins and the ancient town. I imagine it must have been very difficult to part with your first home in France. That was charming.
France is such a beautiful country! Thank you for the tour!
Love knowing more about your history in France
I would love to visit France. My father was there during WW2.
Bless 😊
Hello Sean, we live close to fossé arthour and take our Lab puppy there on walks all the time. It's truly a wonderful spot, next time you're in the area come and visit us at our Mill renovation. Helen and Rich
And please make a vlog for us of your visit 😊
Billy wants a forged door doesn;t he?
I was just about to type that 🍺😂
Think he’s got them being hand made already
People know the value of everything. It’s hard to find surprises
I don't mind paying, you just don't find much worth buying now
I enjoyed your video very much Sean. Great job! Blessings.
Thank you for the tour of the villages/towns and sharing some of your journey.
I do enjoy watching the boot sales. Doesn’t matter if you buy anything.
Hiya, i moved to France in 1992 and love it !! I actually live 8kms away from the "birthplace" of Aliénor d'Aquitaine 😊 The actuel château exists no more but people here are adamant that it's true. Enjoyed your video and keep up the good work✅
Sean, if you enjoy doing something I’m sure we will to, so bring us along. I’m sorry you couldn’t find anything to bug but I loved the jokes you made with Tom. The Abbey was excellent and very beautiful. It was nice hearing about your first place in France. The tour around where William the Conqueror lived was so good to see. I love history. Hope Tom feels better. Allergies are extremely annoying. Thank you. May you all please take care and stay safe. Louisa. 👏👏👏❤❤❤🤩🤩🤩
I enjoy all of your videos and I'm glad that you don't limit yourself as to the topics you cover. i like it. Thanks Sean.
Thank you Sean! Eleanor of Aquitaine has always been such an interesting person in history. It’s amazing how much survives.
Hi Sean- I can see why you and your family fell in love with the countryside of France. If I had the money and the knowelge of French language I would be living there too. Thank you for the tour. Hope your son feels better from his hay fever attack, bummer.
Sitting on my apartment balcony in Nashville TN USA enjoying your walk. Love the history and old buildings. Nice way to end my day. Look forward to your next vlog.
I still love the thrill of you finding a nice copper piece or doors! 😢😊
A cracking day out and tour of some beautiful places. They don't make them any more like they used to! I'll keep eyes peeled for more stock for your shop. 👍
Thanks 😊👍 for taking us on your journey with you ..loved it ,so many beautiful places...💕🇨🇦💯👍
Interesting and beautiful Sean; thank you!
Thanks 👍
What a beautiful town. I've learn so much about the different towns you've shown. What strikes me about rural France, how clean and tidy the towns are. The French really take pride in the area's they live. Thank you Sean😊
Always love the little history lessons with your tours. Thank you!!
Lovely town. Enjoyed the tour so much, Sean. Thanks for taking me along! 🐞🌿🌱
Wow stunning I can see why you fell in love with France, what a magnificent place. Would love to see what the inside of yr first Reno looked like, even if it’s stills.
Would love to be in France for d-day tomorrow.
Thinking of them brave men 🙏
I love your old cobblestone streets between your buildings, everything is so neat and tidy. Was in France once but it was Bordeaux and I was really too young to really appreciate Great Britain and Europe in general.
Thank you Sean!! So enjoyed seeing places I'll never get to visit in person. I really enjoyed it!!
That forge is just what Billy is looking for. 😊❤️
In Belgium we are recommended to let a special organisation know that we found some aziatic hornets as they whipe out entire beehives. They are getting to be a real plage and they are multiplying by the day. I would like to buy those metal wall ornament that there was very early in the vlog and the fruitwood shelf was beautiful too.
Hello Belgium 🇧🇪 my nan was from your lovely country 😊
That Forge might be just the Ticket for the Convent Doors that Billie was talking about a few days ago...😃👍
Loved sing Dom From , very quaint towns indeed in rural France. Would love to see it myself but it’s just so far away from us 😞
I will never get to travel to these places and appreciate you taking me along. Such a handsome lad you were Sean
After what I've thought hope you've not had a row. It's understandable you need to get your own stuff done before it collapsed. I hope you stay in touch with convent. Totally enjoy your visits to medieval locations love it!
Great tour Sean. Thank you!
I enjoy your walks through history so much! Thank you for sharing.
The architecture is fascinating and I could stop and stare at it for a long time. Thank you for taking us on a tour.

Wow! What a magnificent building! (The monastery) but the other buildings are awesome also. Such a clean village. It’s absolutely gorgeous! Breathtaking!
Thanks for the look around with some history thrown in! Really makes me want to visit France again.
What a beautiful town, I could wander those streets admiring all the buildings for days. How blessed are you to have lived in such a spectacular area. Thanks for the tour Sean, loved it. 😊
Keep going to the flea markets. Love seeing the different areas and things they sell.
Thank you for sharing 😊
Well done Sean!! Taking us with you to these beautiful places is very fulfilling...as most of us will never see them!!! Be well...
I love your Sunday rambles, Sean and the way you include the history of the area. Know you are disappointed that you did not find anything interesting to buy, but hopefully next time. Hurry back to the convent - Billy is going jack-hammer crazy!

Awesome village Sean! Thank you for taking us there! It’s Beautiful! Enjoy you day.
Would love to see the medieval stuff if you decide to film it again! Used to be in a medieval recreation group and would find it fascinating!
Another great tour Sean; really getting me in the mood for my first cycling trip back to the Loire since the pandemic! Seems amazing to think that I was hardly aware of British RUclipsrs in France before 2020! 😊
Love the history tour thank you Sean. 😊
Fascinating town visits! Thank you Sean! Your first home looks absolutely charming!
Loved the morning walk around the garden, Sean.
That's a photo of you in the thumbnail! You sporting the mustache and goatee.......taken a couple of years ago. Really enjoyed watching your tour today. Love the architecture and the beautiful landscapes. Your commentaries are wonderful too! "Please sir, can we have some more?" 😊
Love all your history & adventures. You are blessed with a great family. God bless you & yours.
I really enjoy you, Sean! Love your camera work, too... nice and easy with time to appreciate what you're filming... not just zipping by! Thanks for that!
Thank you for showing the Churches and Abbeys. So many people just walk on by but don't know they can go in and look.
Great history of a lovely town Sean, love it xxx💕
Thank you for sharing your travels
I love history, thank you for the tour.
Love your videos Sean! I enjoy watching you search the sales, even if you don’t find anything. And I’ve never been to France so it’s so much fun watching you wander the countryside!
So much history in France, not only for the places you visit but for your family as well. I can see why you love it all. Thanks for sharing Sean.

I am chilling in my sunny 🌞garden watch your video great way to spend a Sunday afternoon thanks Sean 👍🤗🍻
Love Sue❤❤❤🇬🇧❤❤❤
Great tour. Billy was just talkin about getting iron doors for the convent. You make a good scout!
Thank you for another lovely video! The morning walk to see the garden, cows, Freddy was a treat. 😊 I enjoy all your videos! 😊
Thanks Colette 👍
Thank you Sean
What a lovely village 🗼
Sean, I love your travels, antiquing, and yard sales. I live in Deltaville, VA. USA. I love all antiquing.
Really enjoyed that Sean. The views from the chateau are beautiful and peaceful. I love all the flowers. 😊❤️
That iron was a charcoal iron which was what we used while being missionaries in Africa.
Very much enjoyed the tour of the chateau’s and churches, beautiful country side. Thank you so much for sharing this, I’m going to go back and watch it again. The old iron in the flea market reminded me of my grandmother, she used her old irons as door stops in the summer to let the breeze in.💐
Sean, at 2:08 that looks like the granite sill Billy is looking for at the convent for that little window he's opening up to match the other windows..
Loved this tour. Thank you so much!
Thank you for a look around that beautiful town
We have a saying in French when it's pouring that 'it's raining like a peeing cow'. now I understand why...
Beautiful little villages! Your gardens are looking so lovely! Sorry you didn't find anything to buy but thanks for taking us along!!! Much love ❤️
Hi Sean and Tom, thanks for the early video. Nice to see you have a day off Sean. Nice to follow your travels today. Have fun. Cheers Trish NZ
