Hi Pandarush, Great question 30 minutes in the instant isn't enough time to make them fall off the bone. So I take them out and crisp them up for an extra 45 minutes in the oven. Technically you can keep them in the instant pot longer. I find this way to be more true to a BBQ method. I hope that answers your question and doesn't confuse you more 😁 Hope you are doing well 👨🏾🍳
