@@Gameboy-Unboxings FuncoLand sold pre-owned games, much like GameStop, so I didn't get the box or the manual with it. If I recall, the cartridges were just laying on a shelf.

This game had a very interesting idea with bomberman being a side scroller. I would love to see a game in the future try to do something similar to this. Edit: Check out Bomberman Tower. It's a fan game based on Pocket Bomberman's ideas.

The thing that let you take control of when the bomb is going to explode is somewhat necessary for all boss fights. Nonetheless I got all bosses without that.

This version of bomberman is the one and only version I like to play! Since the bomb explosion time can be controlled and PVE only mechanism, I can clear all stages without using any spare 1up just like the video shows (according to my long time ago memory XD). I am satisfied every time I clear all five stages! The explosion time control ability allows me to speed run this game, which motivates me to clear the stages again and again~~~

Back when I played the game in the 90's I considered the World 3 Boss as the most difficult to defeat.

The Skull Dragon was the strongest its a fact I dont know why he wasn't the last end boss. Game was great for the time but for me a little bit short.

This is my first Game boy color game and I love it. Jump mode isn't much fun, but normal mode is a lot. Very enjoyable game.
