- You can use these scrumptious energy bites every day, post-workout, as a GREAT start for your day and just for some healthy snacking.
This is an all-natural version of energy bars, has no chemicals, no preservatives added to it. Since it has no preservatives, make sure you store them in a refrigerator for the freshness to last longer.
We used
1/2 cup of sliced almonds
1/2 cup of cashews
18 Medjool dates (you can use less if you want it to be less sweet)
2 tablespoons of lime juice (you can adjust based on your taste)
