I love your regular tutorials but the format of these is so great and cute too! I'd love to know what program you use for the animation in these videos
I have a quick question about the finished size of each block. Since you're taking the 5in square (in my case 6 inch) & adding in another 5 inch square, does that mean the final size of each pieced block is going to be double..so in the case of your 5 inch block, when the 4 pieces are sewn together, it comes out as a 10in block??? Thanks so much.

My 12 year old granddaughter wants to make a chevron quilt. This will be her first quilt so using HSTs should make it easy for her.
