Thanks for the tips on starting franchise zoos! It's daunting to start but funny that there are tricks and exploits to the game. May I ask why you decided on a desert map for an ecologically conscious park? If you just wanted to, that's cool. But without intention to be negative, it's probably the last place you'd realistically start thinking about it: they are very remote places, the weather is extreme and causes faster material degradation, you need more facilities to keep daily life bearable for human and animal welfare (shades and steady water supply), and on top of that, these environments are very vulnerable at the same time. Life is hanging on a thread and many animals and plants have adapted to that. If humans barge in and shake or break it, it's game over for them. Anyhow, curious to see what path this park takes
Great question, Aidan. I hope we do get it at the end of Oct, but they said we were getting updated 8 back in May. PK team is just a disappointment. If im being honest, that's why I stopped playing
@@MrsTeaRex PK devs have plans but at the end of the day a small team can only advance so much. I don't think it's fair to judge their progress before having seen what they've been working on for months. I would suggest hanging out in the public Discord more frequently. They share minimal info more frequently during the month between diaries, just enough to show they are dedicated.

I am not judging their progress at all and understand they are a small indie studio but what I am disappointed is their disregard to managing expectations. It's not the first time this has happened and won't be the last.
I have used the guest barrier like you did in this video and it also kept my staff in/out of the area. Do you know what I did wrong maybe? I was so happy to not have to use the ugly staff path anymore but it didnt work :(

The patio you made where guest were sitting. How did you get them to go there? Do you not need a path ? Or because it’s seating they will go
The seats are linked to the restraunt so no path is needed
