in that battle, English lost over 200 tanks, mainly due to Italian infantry armed with bombs and tank mines (by hand). No USA support, No British victory!
I dare say a lot of Italian troops did fight bravely during WW2 but why choose such a bad, bull-s**t movie to "honour" them? It kinda detracts from the point you're trying to make. It's AWFUL dude!
@Un Softgunner wait im confused now, so the movie is supposed to be Italian troops in africa during ww2 but there is 1970's vehicles in the movie?.okay that is kinda stupid
Just the British commonwealth, WITHOUT the overwhelming US support (M3, M4, guns, ammo, raw materials and so on), they would have been destroyed just by the DAK and Italian forces in Afrika. At least, they lose forever their colonial empire (and the colonies stolen to Germany and France, too).
When some movies got film immediately after WW2 it's normal to use the tanks you got, apparently they didn't have the actual British light and medium tanks of the African campaign, after all the audience of normal people in the 60's didn't care too much about tank models, a "talk is a tank"

@@LosSerpent It was a movie from the 1960's and films weren't meant to be very realistic back then, like you said.
@@LosSerpent most of the post war movies used the tanks that were available (M47 and M48, mostly). So, your comment is bad informed and pointed out.

Bradleys didn't exist at the making of this film. Try M113s currently being used by Ukranians....what a joke!!!
What name this film??
"The battle of Al-Alamein"
Comunque enlisted ha colto completamente il vibe di questo film, combattere gli inglesi è pura disperazione
In che senso pure disperazione?
Better than the German version
Not better. It's different although it's beautiful.
Ma non ce l’avevamo qualcuno capace di comporre musica originale?
