Man.....we have a killer good taco truck 2 miles from my house. From time to time, if they have a big festival and need help, I volunteer to cut those onions....the real small dice ones. I chopped for 5 hours straight one day, chopping 70 pounds of onions. The next day I chopped 100 pounds. I refuse to take any money, but they refuse to let me pay for tacos. I could go everyday and they still wouldn't take my money. So I go maybe once a month and get 2 al pastor tacos. Delicious. They sell so many tacos, they don't do burritos because their large truck is not big enough to employ someone else. They are known all around these cities. I enjoy your channel, and I pray for you and the cancer. YOU GOT THIS, bud. Growing up in So. Calif., I love me some good Mexican food...and I also cook it, since high school, so 54 years at the stove. Hugs my friend
Glad you’re resting and listening to your body. I’m fighting non Hodgkin’s lymphoma and I have increased my walking, I’m doing tai chi and meditation every week. It’s helping a lot.

Lost 2 really good guys in my life and both at 50 from stomach cancer maybe a year apart, one was my good friend and neighbor who was with me when I shot my first deer at 14 and the other who was my friend, coworker, and one hell of a dirt track racer! I love tacos. My local taqueria puts radish on their tacos along with the onion and cilantro. I never really cared for radish until i realized how well they fit in the mix once that place opened about a year ago. Now I always make sure i have a couple in the drawer for taco night.
Do what you need to do and what your body wants. Just enjoy you checking in, whether you’re cooking, bringing something home from a favorite place or just saying hi.
