- AGGHHHHHH! I'm so excited to share this with you guys! I gained some weight during quarantine and was personally not happy with where I was physically or mentally. I decided to make this huge lifestyle change and go ALL IN on it, and not only did I lose all the weight/ inches I gained in quarantine, I lost more than I had ever before. I want to share my journey with you guys because I know with quarantine and the stress from everything going on in the world right now, everyone is going through stuff and I want to let ya'll know that it CAN get better and it will. I made the same progress in 10days instead of 1.5 months haha(in measurements). Just follow a VLCD, it’s practically like fasting and exercise a lot like her (I’m doing 2h per day)
What is VLCD?
How would you season your chicken and broccoli? Looking for new ideas :)

Of course! Carbs are great as long as it’s not like slow carbs from junk food and what not :) XOXO

I did using the app Lifesum!

Wow! Okay so I’ve been doing something similar for 3 days but I’ll add these tips and do Chloe’s workouts! :D I’ll update after 2 weeks. I even set a reminder
OH MY I FORGOT. I ended up going into a calorie deficit and got a gym membership! So far I’ve gone 5 times for the first week I’ve had it. I also count my macros. I’ll come back to this comment eventually and give another update :)

I quit my membership 🤦🏽♀️ I like home workouts. I have a new deadline for camp to get abs though, so this time is doing it!! I’ll update you when I’m done.

Yes, The weight and inches were in one month as it shows my initial photos were April 14th-15th and then my photos after I lost that showing May 15th, and then I continued to tone up my body! But everyones bodies are different, that’s just my experience ❤️ XOXO
How many calories were you eating?
I don’t remember exactly, just remember I was trying to be as healthy as possible. Mostly Whole Foods and keeping in mind I needed to be in calorie deficit.
