Do fasting everyday by drinking more water and eat only one time a day like at lunchtime and skip dinner. Dinner time; don't eat, but only drink fruit juice or milk

What is left for eating? I think eating small quantity now and then shoud not harm kidneys

Absolutely! Our main point is simple: Moderation is key! Some foods remain superfoods and are safe to enjoy when your kidneys are healthy. But if your kidneys aren't functioning well, it's wise to skip them. In our latest video, we carefully outline alternatives, hope you'll check it out!

I am 77 year old woman with renal failure 3. 2016 I had knee surgery found out I have renal failure. 2017 being down here. Here in porterville California I have a kidney doctor Mohsin Thomas. I have any kind of salad I want to have I only have like three baby tomatoes if I have any I have watermelon slices, red grapes are better for me, cucumbers, onions, garlic. Ice cream that has no sugar in it. Candy no sugar. I eat chicken and turkey and season it myself with black pepper and turmeric with coumadin in it. I probably didn't say that right. I buy frozen vegetables and cook them and they seem to do okay with black pepper. I've heard about cloves as tea or put them in your mouth but I'm not sure how to do them yet so I'll learn other than that I'm doing pretty good as far as my kidney doctor says. The drinks I get are little packets that have six in each one, pour them in containers of water and then I freeze them and then next day I use them one bottle at a time a day so we'll see how that works I'm not sure that's everything but that's the most I can think of right now anybody reads this I hope you have a good luck

Hello i eat meat balls and plant base meat balls and i boil them for 10 min i hope that takes out alot of salt potassium and phossphrus also kale and broccoli i eat with the meat so is boiling good for the meat.

Boiling meat can reduce some harmful minerals like potassium, phosphorus, and sodium, especially if you discard the cooking liquid. But some nutrients may still stay in the meat after boiling. Choosing high-quality, organic meat, preferably grass-fed, is another good option. Alternatively, consider making balls with wild-caught fatty fish: They are rich in vitamin D and omega-3, beneficial for your kidneys. Hope it helps!

Eat all but in moderation. Foods in this list become bad only if eaten in excess. If they are not fit to be consumed, they should not be considered food at all so why should we avoid them altogether even if we have a kidney problem? It's pure commonsense that one should know his limits based on his current state of kidney health.

Maybe you should😂 come out with a recipe that has weight limits to a meal that people with Kidney problems can eat on a daily basis. If you have no Kidney problem yet, can you eat more of this food that you are suggesting to avoid ?
