Just remember one of the foods first mentioned in the Bible is bread and working by the sweat of your brow. Bread is symbolic of many things in the Bible and still should be eaten. Many people need to stop eating the gluten in some foods and especially bread made out of grain that has been depleted of nutrition. People need to use the Ancient Grains to make their bread like Einkorn and Spelt. There are healthy recipes on the internet. Also in the Bible at the end of time we are told our bread and water will be sure. We must take the time to study and dig for truth. Many things that are stated today about healthy food is incorrect. Dig for the truth and pray and you will find it. I asked my father when he was young and they planted corn each year what they did to put nutrients back in the soil and he stated they would have a bumper crop of soybeans and then plow it under. Soy beans that are non-GMO are one of the highest nutrient Foods we can eat.

Onions. Garlic. Blueberries. And you're not going to live forever in this world! Great to be healthy. Better to know the Lord of the universe! His name is Jesus. And he died on a cross to pay for your sins and mine and everyone else's. But you have to ask his forgiveness and confess the he is LORD. But do it soon. Time is running out and he is coming for his church. There will be horrific misery after he comes and gets his born again believers. YOU WON'T WANT TO BE HERE! Heaven's better!

@@toma.6942 I’m just seeing this comment. I’m so sorry. Turns out if we’re deficient in magnesium our body won’t process potassium! Which also makes our blood pressure hard to control AND can cause diabetes too!
So I recommend 200 mg of magnesium citrate after breakfast with at least 8 oz of water, to help our digestive and blood sugar get back right. And 200 mg of magnesium glycinate at night for sleep, heart, anxiety, stress etc.
Turns out magnesium is needed for over 300 processes in our body!
And unless our diet is high in lintels, black beans, avocados, nuts and seeds… we’re definitely deficient!
If you’re not too high in phosphate, I recommend going to sour dough bread.
It feeds the good gut bacteria.
      And watch your sodium!
Not so much as your sea salt but the foods you eat in restaurants or packaged food from store! God bless!

Many kidney related videos are so black and white. It is more helpful to explain why something is damaging and how to reduce or choose to eliminate from a diet. That approach is much more helpful, than saying don't consume at all.
I was stage 5 ckd and slipping further at each lab due to listening to very outdated and ill informed doctors and nutritionist. I began researching molecular breakdown, oxalates, etc., what was absorbed where in our intestinal system. Then I began to slowly eliminate all foods, keeping only ruminant meats, rendered animal fat, and salt as needed, for one month. then began reintroducing a food one at a time, kept a food and reaction to food and weight with measurement diary. Found the best balance for my own body and within one year my kidney function is now stage 3a and improving still. I lost 90 pounds, and went from size 20 in pants to 14. I am sticking to what worked for me, which ended up being what some call a strict carnivore diet. I dont say diet, I say a clean way of eating. FYI Stage 2 is "common" or "normal" decline for a woman my age. (65)
If i were just starting my kidney improvement journey, this would have been a video I kept for reference, even though AI mispronounces vitamin as vytamin, like a european. Good decisions and good health to all.

Do you think your kidney improvement was due more to your weight loss rather than just the carnivore diet! I have ckd and some other healthissues. I'm trying to lose weight because I honestly think that's they only thing that will help my ckd besides limiting or eliminating certain foods! I no longer eat bananas and potatoes maybe twice a month. Other people with ckd said in other comment threads that they reversed their ckd with carnivore and others said with vegan. I'm trying to do something different to help myself!

Vytamin is the proper way to say it. We in America bastardise many words in our language with laziness and ignorance. Slough is pronounced Slaow, not slew. A city once bombed out in England is Slough. If you say Slew, well, you might get looked as ascanse. We really fell apart with the language when phonics were no longer taught for proper reading. Ou also sounds like OW, not ew. Proper phonics. Yeah, I know, crazy.

Rice is just rice, while bread which westerners eat as staple food contains oils/butter, salt, sugar, and other additives/chemicals which is why they are obese. We don’t eat brown rice yuck!

I would suggest to have a deep breath from nose then hold it for 01 minutes, then breath out completely from mouth, finally breath in both from nose and mouth then breath out slowly fro. both as well, so 02 times a day without any physical food which can let you all live long 😂

It sems that there's a big conflict in the Diabetic diet & a CKD diet. What's allowed on the diabetic diet is prohibited on the CKD diet and vice versa.

It make me smile when these videos say, talk with your Doctor about this. There is probably no more than a handful of GPs in the UK that would want to discuss chronic kidney disease. My surgery at the time was monitoring my kidney function but the bad state of my kidneys was never revealed to me, until I discovered it by accident talking to one of the receptionists. Since then several GPs have said "it's stable don't worry about it during which my eGFR has descended from 48 to 31 nearly at stage 4. They are not interested until you will require dialysis. The lesson is, insist on on discussing it with your GP, ask why you cannot be referred to a renal specialist, or a renal dietician.

    • @buggsy5
      @buggsy5 4 месяца назад +19

Most GPs are pretty much incompetent to discuss diet. All they are trained to do is throw pills at symptoms, not find and treat the underlying cause of the problem.
Fortunately, my insurance allows me to consult with specialists without any referral.

Discuss nutrition with your doctor and he will know nothing in fact he'll just turn against you for eating healthy.

I am going thru the exact same things. Drs in USA telling me stage 3 , there is no reason to see a specialist! Says I am not severe enough yet! Drs exact words to me. Drs before told me labs showed declining kidney function. She said “there is nothing to do now, I found what was causing it, now it will go back to normal! SHE LIED. My current GP will not even give a Referral to see a specialist. These Drs are trained to make you wait til you get on Dialysis then Kidney Transplant, where all the money is made for our wonderful Health System

Phosporous , Potasium and oxalate. Then we can compute the limit for intake. Also best for you to present is chart of these foods showing potassium, phosporous n
    oxalate contribution.
