If you have a genuine Windows 7/8/8.1 license, it can be done as shown in this tutorial, but there are many precautionary steps to take as you should not blindly trust Windows built-in direct upgrade pathway.

Hi, My laptop turns off suddenly now it doesn't start. with a power adapter, there is charging light and when power button pressed then it doesn't start.(there is charging indicator on and hard disk indicator on ).but no booting and no lights on the keyboard.

Sorry but this is not a proper "upgrade", it's a clean install but preserving only some files and folders you specifically have chosen to copy. See from 11:40 to 13:04 you lost many desktop icons, so you've lost the app installs. The only way to upgrade 7 to 10 is to insert the install medium with windows already on. You can't do that from 32b to 64b . Upgrading means to only change the core parts of windows, but preserving files, apps and configurations.

To those confused when you press f1 and you see your flash drive you need to replace the first boot option to your flash drive by left clicking it and dragging your mouse a little and replace it with hdd

That could happen when your hard drive is bad , full of bad sectors. Check it with hard disk sentinel.

How do you migrate from Win 32 bit to Win 64 bit without losing programs installed?? Its very deceptive in this video, you say you have preserved all data. Yes your personal files but not programs. You show a screen shot of your desktop near the end of this video that shows all programs intact. But if you look at the date and time on your screen, this is an earlier date/time before the Win10 64 bit was installed.
bro those are shortcuts to the program files, even if the shortcuts are deleted the programs and their files still remain in the disk, it just doesn't show the shortcuts on screen.

No need for disc, just follow the tutorial, download and create the Windows Media Creation Tool with a USB

You can not upgrade any 32b to 64b versions. You need a program like Laplink to move the programs to the new 64b. Some programs my not be able to move to the 64b.
