time for an GPU upgrade. also no matter the res the 1% low are always 14

@@Haruto155 Thanks for the advice as if I didn't knew that I needed a GPU upgrade. The 1% lows don't matter as most people just don't care about them or tend to play the game just fine. It's the average fps and frametimes that matter.
